let's get lost

its been awhile

It was a quiet night. I was watching tv waiting for Sweet Pea to come over and I heard rapid knocking on my door. I rush over. Jax. And he was beat up. I quickly opened the door and pulled him in. "Jax what the hell happened?!" I say frantic and he looked out of breathe. "You gotta leave now." He says with tears in his eyes. I shake my head and look at him confused. "What? Why?" I say and we hear cars in the distance. He shakes his head and grabs my hand and we run out fast and go into the nearest woods. As we are deep in to where people wouldn't see us he looks at me. "The Ghoulies. They are calling war on the Serpents. They want you, they want you to be their queen. That's what our grandparents wanted your mother to be. But she obviously went a different route. Now they want you to take her place. But my dad freaked out and they beat my dad up, I don't even know where he is." He says looking down. "H-He told me to go find you and warn you. I got beat up by some other Ghoulies but I got away." He says and I hug him tightly. He hugs back but tighter. "Jax I'm so sorry." I say. He pulls away and shakes his head. "You just gotta get somewhere safe okay? I'll be fine." He says in a broken voice and I shake my head.  "You're coming with me. We are going to the Wyrm and I don't give a damn what people say because I'm the Serpent princess." I say and I grab his hand and we sneak over without any crazy Ghoulies. I walk in and I know Jax was scared. But I had a plan. When I walk in I walk past Sweet Pea. "I thought I was coming over?" He says confused and looks Jax up and down and gets tense. "I have family business to take care of Sweets." I say not changing my glare. I saw him nod and walked back over to Fangs and everyone kinda confused. Gianna gave me the most confused look of all and I walk up to the stage with Jax following. Everyone gets tense and I take a deep breathe. I grab the microphone and I see FP and my father walk in and my dad and FP give each other the same confused glare. My father knew damn well who Jax was.
"Everyone listen up!" I say in a tough voice and everyone stops what their doing and looks at me. "What's a Ghoulie doing here!" Someone yells. "If you'd let me talk asshole I'd get to that." I say and the guy shuts up. Everyone looked interested. "Now, the reason why I have a Ghoulie here is because he's my cousin on my moms side. At this point you all know I am half Ghoulie by blood. But I will always be a Serpent. And that's why we gotta stop the Ghoulies because they want me to be their queen. And so we don't have another kidnapping like last time, we gotta take measures into our own hands. I am calling war on the Ghoulies. And I want my cousin to go through the serpent initiation. Him and his father is in danger. And he's my family." I looked back at Jax and he had wide eyes and I gave him a comforting smile. I turn back around and look at everyone. "Also if I find out any of you mess with Jax, there will be consequences. And we need to find his father. He will be a serpent as well." I look over to my father and he gives me a pissed look and I smirk at him. He rolled his eyes and I continued speaking. "For now, I'm assigning Sweet Pea, Fangs and Jughead to put Jax through the initiation. Are you okay with being a serpent Jax?" I say looking at him and he smiles and nods. I hand the microphone over and he looks at everyone shyly. "I am ready to be a serpent. I will tell you anything you need to know about the Ghoulies. And this isn't a set up. My father has been kidnapped and I barely made it out alive. My father didn't want this life for me. He didn't even want the Ghoulie life style. I just want us to have a bette life then what we are living." He says and gives the microphone away back to me. "Any objections?" I say and no one speaks up. "Good. Now we all need to work together. No petty bullshit. We gotta prepare." I say and I speak up. "In unity there is strength!" I say into the microphone. "In unity there is strength!" Everyone yells back and I smile and look at my friends and they smiles at me and cheer. Everyone else was cheering.
I bow and walk off stage and I go to walk over to my friends when I feel my dad grab my arm. "What the hell do you think you're doing?!" He says pissed off. "Saving my family, your nephew." I say with venom laced in my voice and he rolls his eyes. "You're a child and you think you can run the Serpents?" He says and I have my head. "I'm the serpent princess dad. If you didn't want this life for me, you should've moved to the northside." I say looking at him with a death glare. I look at him up and down and I walk away and bump his shoulder and I walk over to everyone and Jax was looking shy. "Guys this is my cousin, Jax. This is my boyfriend Sweet Pea." I say pointing at him and they shake hands. "Fangs." I say and they shake hands. "Toni and Cheryl." I say and they smile at him. "Gianna." I say and she smiles at him and Fangs rolls his eyes. "And last but not least, my cousin Jughead." I say and they shake hands. "Nice to meet you man." Jughead says and Jax smiles.
The only thing on my mind was the war we had to prepare for.

Ahhh I liked how this chapter went I love how she's so badass. I hope you guys are enjoying. I'm still sorry I wasn't that active but I'm back I had to take a ~mental break~ but I'm back and better than ever. Also my birthday is in 5 days!!! Mark your calendars peeps.
