Jonah took a deep breath then started reading the letter from his passed husband.

"Hi jobear,

I miss you so damn much. I'm watching over you. And I just wanna hug you every time you cry. I wish I there with you. I wish I hadn't left. I wish I could kiss you, hug you, be in your arms, and say I love you. Even just one more time.

I'm so proud of you for being strong and moving forward my love.

Daniel James Seavey was the first person to deliver the first gift. Why? Because he's the one who introduced us in the first place. If it weren't dani, we would have never met? Isn't that crazy!

The gift is a Polaroid of you on our first ever date. I snapped it when you weren't looking. You look so beautiful, and you weren't even trying to! You're just effortless beautiful. I didn't know that the person I took a Polaroid of on that day would turn out to be the love of my life. But deep down I had a feeling.

Anyways, see you next year my love, I love you. Keep being strong my sweet. I'm watching from above. Don't forget to look at the stars, space, and the solar system. That's our thing remember?

Tears ran down Jonah's cheeks, remembering his past husband. The pain in his heart hasn't subsided. And probably never will. But the letter made him feel just a little bit better. The thought that Corbyn would do this meant so much to Jonah. He truly didn't see how he deserved to catch the most perfect human being's heart.
