Falling down

And being taught to get back up again

Even tho the wounds aren't healed yet

Falling down

And being taught that you become weak

Falling down

And being taught that no one

Is really there to help you back up

Falling down

And being taught to stay down

And give up on everything

Because your not worth it

Because your too damaged

To be able to walk again

To be able to smile again

To be able to laugh again

To be able to get up

And say your fine

And actually meaning it

   To be able to look into the mirror and realize

   Your amazing
   Your beautiful
   Your smart
   Your funny

To be able to tell yourself
That it's going to be a great day
To be able to wake up each morning being
Thankful your alive

To be able to
Live
Again.....
