Chapter 3:Confessions of my true feelings

Tails had finally returned on the Friday before Christmas and I couldn't be happier. I figure wait until Christmas to do it but Tails kept persisting.

"So anything happen while I was gone sonic?"

"Yes Tails sonic found the ......"

I covered shadows mouth before he could say anymore.

"Shad I'm waiting until Christmas for that."

"Oh sorry."

"What did sonic find shadow?"

"I was saying he found his lost chaos emerald."

"Oh where was that thing."

"It was in my basement i don't know why but it was just sitting there in a box."

I showed the emerald to tails.

"Oh that one yeah that has been missing for a while hasn't it."

"Yeah it has been."

Then knuckles walked up.

"Sonic I'm okay with that..."

"Oh okay knuckles."

3 days later....

It's Christmas eve and I have a lot to do today. First I have to figure where this huge confession is going down and then I need to figure out how long should the party be and then. Man this list it just goes on forever. Forget the list just focus on the big surprise for tails.

"Hey sonic."

"Oh hey Amy what's up."

"I just came to say sorry for judging you so harshly before."

"Oh it's okay Amy no harm done."

"Alright thank you for forgiving me."

"No problem hey are you coming to the party?"

"Yeah I'll be there bye sonic."

"Bye Amy."

"Oh hey Tails."

"hey sonic."

"Tails is there something wrong."

"no no i'm fine."

"hey you have to come to the party okay I have a suprise for you."

"Oh okay."

The Next Day

"Hey is everybody here."

"Yep sonic all 127 of us are here."

"alright lets get this party started."

"Sonic hey sonic."

"Tails you made it."

"I wouldn't miss this party."

"Come with me."

"okay."

We got up to the roof it was a perfect day for looking at the stars. We both layed on the roof in silence until tails spoke.

"Sonic I have a feeling that looking at the stars wasn't the only thing that we came up here for."

I started to blush.

"You're right as always."

Tails started to blush too.

"I think we both know why we are up here Tails."

"I saw the letter."

"and I wanted to tell you that I-I have fallen for you."

"r-really."

"yes I have loved you longer than I can remember."

"after this do you want to go back to my place?"

"Sure."

I stopped tails half way to his house and grabbed him.

"Sonicku I love you."

"I love you too my golden prince."
