You finally made it back to your hotel after a considerably long walk with Namjoon through the park, though you were sure that the two of you silently agreed to take the long way back. It went better than you expected, granted the entire night took a drastic turn that you weren't expecting, but it had ended well all things considered.
The two of you stood in the lobby of your hotel, Namjoon insisted on walking you to the elevator. He tucked your hair behind your ear, making your face heat with a blush. Your smile didn't reach your eyes, you hated this part. If you had it your way, he would never leave. But it was very late, and you didn't want Nova to send out a search party.
You held his hand to your cheek and leaned into his palm. "I wish you didn't have to go."
"So do I. But if you see me too much, you may get bored with me."
You snorted. As if that could ever happen. He smirked at you and pressed his lips to yours gently. It was just a peck, but you stopped breathing and your head swam.
"So I'll see you soon then?" You whispered hopefully.
He nodded with a dazzling smile, "I'll see you soon then."
Reaching your door, you slid your card into the slot and heard it unlock as you stepped into your hotel room, seeing the light was already on. So, Nova had come back.
"Hey, Sorry for the wai..." Your words trailed off as you raised your eyes to see someone who was most definitely not Nova sitting on your bed.
"No problem." The soothingly light voice responded with a soft smile.
"Jimin?" You questioned, dropping your bag near the door and stepping further inside. "What're you doing here?" You looked around the dimly lit room. Maybe Nova brought him here? But where was she? The bathroom door was open and it didn't seem like she was in there since it was dark inside.
"Sorry." Jimin apologized for surprising you. "I wanted to see you, and talk." He commented as he laced his hand through his hair, brushing it from his perfectly framed face.
"How did you...?" Your brows furrowed with confusion as to how he got into your room.
"I... may have jacked Nova's room key when she was yelling at me." He explained with a devious but faintly apologetic smile as he held up the room key to show you before setting it on your bed beside him, giving it up to you.
"That's not adorably creepy at all." You huffed with a laugh before turning and shutting the door behind you before moving deeper into the room. You kicked off your sneakers and set your key and phone on your bed.
You licked at your lips, biting at your lower one before flicking your tongue out from your teeth again as you moved over to the dresser and leaned yourself against it, pressing your palms into the hard wood surface. Unexpectedly it reminded you of hours prior in the dressing room but you blinked away the thought.
"So, what did you want to talk about?" You inquired, shifting your gaze over to him.
Jimin took in a deep breath, his chest expanding and deflating with a sigh. "Well..." He started, bringing his hand up to the side of his neck as he looked toward the window. "I wanted to apologize."
"Apologize?" Your brows raised and you leaned back further in your stance.
"Yeah, I kind of got an ear full from Nova. And... I guess she made a decent point." He rubbed at his neck for a moment before dropping his hand to look over at you. "The way I've been acting, the fights with Namjoon... I shouldn't have done it. Not only for you, but for my team."
