1. Vincent will still have a few things from his 'original' appearance. Like the beauty mark and sharp blue eyes instead of caramel eyes.

2. Some characters will still call him Vincent. Reasons will be seen during the story.

3. He will not be clumsy like Tsuna was in canon.

4. Nana will not be as oblivious in canon.
