Chapter 10: The Attack of The Scourge In Menagerie

After 2 Days, The Town of Menagerie is now the most fortified town and is being defended by 100 Footmen that is being leaded by the female Paladin, Rebecca Lightbringer... As for Y/N, he is now just a foot soldier, he lost the respect and will to command an army... After the news spread about his sudden harsh decisions, he is now disowned by every Paladin Order... Even Rebecca has lost her trust and respect to Y/N, but she still has a crush on him only a little now...

Right now, Y/N walking through the streets. His skin is now palish than his original skin color... His eyes doesn't show life, his eyes are now dull and doesn't show any emotion from it... As if like he is now a ghost of his former self... A monster... While walking he passed by a small group of Footmen there he heard that he is being talk shit by those Footmen

Footman #1:"Hey, look over there. The so-called Royal Guard is here to protect us. Ha!" he mocked as his fellow soldiers laugh their ass off as Y/N didn't pay it no mind

Y/N:'I lose everything... even the respect that they give to me... I'm worthless...' he thought until he heard a voice in front of him as he looks up and there he saw Kali smiling at him...

Kali:"Hey there, Y/N" she said as I just walked passed her as I bump her to the side as I kept on walking like a dead man

Y/N's POV

I no longer took care of my own armor... As I know how dirty it is... Every time I slept, the voices in my head will speak to me about claiming something... It got me interested about this "Thing"...

Y/N:'I must find a way to continue the expedition... I must claim something that is rightfully mine...' I thought as I stopped and look around me to notice that I am now in the middle of the town center... Only less faunas people are walking by to get their stuff and to gather to the hill where it is much more fortified against the undead...

Faunas #1:"Hey, ain't that the Royal Guard?" she said as I can literally hear her

Faunas #2:"Yeah, based on his dirty armor... He looks like he been through a lot" he said

Faunas #1:"Well, I heard that he was a terrible leader that caused a ship full of good soldiers to die and guess what, I heard that he was the one leading them" she said as this shatters my pride...

Faunas #2:"You know, we better just let him be... He is still a soldier..." he said as I look up and saw the couple walking away laughing happily at each other

Y/N:"I should have felt that way... Love..." I said as I sat down on the ground and lean my back on the wooden stand behind me

Arthas' POV

I just finished off 3 undead soldiers as I kept on smashing them with my hammer...

Arthas:"Jaina, any time now!" I called out to her

Jaina:"I need more time!" she shouted as I sigh before swinging my hammer sideways and manage to hit 4 of them with just one blow...

Arthas:"Hold your ground, everyone!" I shouted

William:"For the King! For Lordaeron!" He shouted a war cry and to bring up the morale of each soldier as it works
