Chapter Twenty-five

*Ariels POV*

I was now inside waiting for either Michael or Ashton to come in. I was now completely sober, so I didn't get anything else to drink. I'm now just sitting at the bar, waiting for them to come inside. I don't know what happened with Ashton and that girl, but I do know that even though I was drunk, seeing him kiss that girl really hurt. I don't even know why it hurt that much seeing as how were not even dating.

I guess I now realise how much I really do like Ashton. I mean I knew I had a slight crush on him, but I now know that its more then just a slight crush. When I saw him with that girl, my stomach churned and my heart ached. I dont know why it took me seeing him with that girl to realise how much I liked him. It's funny how it took a moment like that to realise it, but now that I do, I don't know what to think. Maybe-

"Ariel" I heard a voice from behind me, tearing me away from my thoughts.

I turned around to be met with a slightly wasted Calum, who was smiling at me.

"Hi Cal-pal" I said, leaning up slightly to ruffle his hair.

"Whatcha doing" he asked, slurring slightly due to the alchol still in his sytem.

"Nothing really what bout you" I replied. Calum's like a little kid when he's drunk, all the guys are.

"HIIIIIIIII Arielllll" Lukes voice rang, sitting down next to me, slinging his arm around my shoulder.

I laughed as I watched Calum drunkly asked the bartender for 3 more shots of tequila.

"Here" Calum said, handing me and Luke a shot, while saving one for him.

"Oh I'm not drinking anymore" I replied truthfully.

"Oh come on the night's still young" Luke slurred. He was right it was only 10:30pm.

"All right fine" I finally agreed.

They cheered and we all shot the liquid down are throats. Then Calum ordered another. And another, and another, until i was drunk yet again with Calum and Luke, all of us drunkly laughing together.

After the tequila kicked in I found it easy to forget what happened with Ashton and that girl. Now it was just me and Luke and Calum talking nonsense and laughing like we just heard the funniest thing in the world.

"Leave me alone" Calum slurred.

"Hey it's not my fault you look Asian" Luke slurred/chuckled back.

"Shut up before I burn your penguin" Calum shot back.

At this we all started dying in laughter, like the best joke was just told. I hung my head back in laughter, only to jump in suprise 10 seconds later when I felt a hand on my shoulder.

"relax its just me" Michael laughed.

"MIKEY, my bestfrieendd" I slurred clinging onto him like I haven't seen him in years.

"Oh god, all of you are drunk aren't you" Michael groaned.

We all giggled and shook our heads.

"Come on Mikey, take a shot with us" Calum said, holding up four shot glasses.

Michael laughed but grabbed the shot glasses and we all cheered as we shot the drinks back.

"Where's Ash-" Luke started before he was cut off by me.

"Probably off with that girl from before" I slurred, laughing.

"Ohhhhhh" Luke slurred.

All of us started laughing, except for Michael.

"Actually he's at the hotel, which is where we all should be. Come on let's go" Michael said sternly.

We all whined, for different reasons. The boys probably just didn't want to leave, I just didn't want to share a room with Ashton. But we all took two last shots and left for the hotel any way.

20 minutes later I was stumbling through the hall, with Michael's help.

"You gonna be all right" Michael asked, once we reached Ashton and I room.

I nodded and we said goodnight. I opened the door once he walked away, and immediately fell as soon as I stepped in the room, causing me to laugh hysterically on the floor.

"You all right" Ashton said, rushing over to help me up.

I laughed harder as he set me on the bed.

"Why are you laughing" Ashton giggled.

"I-i d-don't k-k-know" I said in between laughs.

Ashton chuckled and sat next to me on the bed. I turned, sitting cross legged, so I faced him, and Ashton did the same.

"I take it your still drunk" he asked.

I giggled and shook my head. I swear I think everything's funny when I'm drunk. You can say the most simplest thing, and I'll burst out in laughter.

Ashton looked at me and raised one eyebrow, looking very amused with my drunk behavior. Honestly I've only been with these boys for a month and they've seen me drunk multiple times. I stared at Ashton and laughed even harder.

"What's so funny" he asked.

"Your face" I laughed, pointing at him.

"Come on, you should go to bed" he said.

"I don't wanna" I whined, pouting.

"For me" Ashton pleaded.

"Only if you cuddle with me" I demanded.

"Fine" Ashton agreed.

"The whole night?" I slurred.

"The whole night" he confirmed.

"Promise me" I said.

"I promise you" he said.

I yelped as he layed down, pulling me down into his chest.

"Goodnight princess" he spoke lowly.

My heart swelled and my cheeks burned.

"Goodnight Ash" I said.
