*Ariels POV*

"Cause good girls are bad girls that haven't been caught"

We were at the concert and it was their second to last song. All during the concert Bailey and Casey have been swooning over the boys. And when I say swooning, I mean swooning. Michael was basically staring at Bailey the whole time, and Calum even secretly winked at Casey at one point, in which she responded with a blush and a shy smile. Robby has seemed pretty intrigued in the concert, which didn't really surprise me. All he listens to is boy bands, Beyoncé, and Billie Eilish, mostly. David didn't really seem that interested which didn't surprise me that much, the boys kind of music isn't really his thing.

"Hey imma go wait for the boys in the dressing room" I yelled over the music.

"Ok" David said, seeing as the others were too interested in the concert.

I wasn't really worried about leaving them there since their watching the concert and the security guards know who they are and will let them through. I started to weave my way through the crowds, saying hi to those who noticed me. I finally made it to the exit of the auditorium and started walking down the hallway that led to the dressing room. Their security guards, Mike and Dave, were standing by there.

"Hi Ariel" Dave was the first to notice me and gave me a warm smile.

"Hi guys, is it ok if I wait in here for the boys? I'm kinda tired of standing" I said, giving them a polite smile.

"Of course" Mike answered this time, and with a smile, opened the door for me to go through.

I gave them one last warm smile before entering the room and hearing them shut the door behind me. I sat on the couch in the middle of the room and decided to get on my phone until the boys came in.

I was playing a game when the door opened. I looked up expecting the boys, but instead I saw David.

"Hey is the concert over?" I asked out of curiosity, seeing as he was alone.

"No they decided to add an extra song so I came back here to give you some company, seeing as you came back here to sit alone" he walked into the middle of the room to sit next to me.

"Oh well I would've been fine here by myself" I said, scooting over a little to give him more room.

"Yea I know but we haven't really seen eachother in a while and I kinda wanted to spend some time with you" He said.

"Ok well did you at least enjoy the concert?"

"No" he shook his head with a look of slight disgust on his face.

"Um why not" I furrowed my eyebrows on offense because he looked so bored and disgusted.

"He doesn't deserve you Ariel" he said blankly.

I blinked twice and gave him a surprised look "What?!"

"He. Doesn't. Deserve. You" he repeated slower.

"What the hell makes you say that?" I scooted back on the couch some more.

"He might treat you good but I know I could treat you better, you should've chose me"

I looked at him with pure shock. David is one of my best friends, he has been for several years. Where is this coming from? Why now when I'm in a relationship with someone who treats me well. I don't understand what's happening.

"David.... I don't like you like that I'm sorry" I shook my head and gave him a look of empathy.

"But you could" he said, scooting closer to me on the couch.
