Anxiety is a terrifying factor when dealing with life situations. Or even forming alternate conclusions to a choice, hoping it doesn't happen. Then the stress starts unless I calm myself. And even  as social interactions, you are scared of each moment, scared of being judged, scared of embarrassing your self. Even being in loud places seems to benefit to your terrified demeanor. All those voices...loud...thinking they mock every action you take.

There is always a way to overcome this. Don't over stress yourself, stay in a calm and quiet environment.
