"What on earth is going on?"

We both stood there, completely silent. I don't know if Miss. Wood caught us fighting. She probably did.

"Girls, are you fighting?"

"Of course not Miss." Tiffany said.

"Then what are you doing?"

"Sky hurt me. She should get in trouble for that. Not my fault."

"She hit me and kicked me Miss."

"I won't put up with this nonsense! You both have detention after school today!"

"Miss, I've been suspended. I think I shouldn't be here."

"You can both suffer in detention."

"But Miss, I can't stay after school! I usually walk home with some of the sixth formers on my street."

"You can survive without them."

"My Mum don't like me waking home on my own."

She lets me walk home on my own, but I didn't want to have detention.

"I'll have a word with both your parents. See you both in my office after lesson 6. If neither of you are there, look out tomorrow."

"Ok Miss." We both responded.

"Hang on, why are you in here? You don't teach PE."

"I came here because I need to see Ashley please."

Ashley went to Miss. Wood. Then they left the room. I couldn't believe I got in trouble for something Tiffany started. I was so angry.

We had computers last and it was a free lesson. I sat next to Darcey.

"Darcey, do you know where Alice went?"

"Yeah, she's at the orthodontist. She didn't have time to tell you."

"Oh ok."

"Are you still angry at Tiffany?"

"Course I am. I'll get over it though."

"Don't worry, I'm sure detention won't be that bad."

"It's not that I'm angry about. It's the fact that Tiffany will still be out to get me."

As soon as I knew it, it was the end of lessons. End of school, not for me of course.

Both me and Tiffany went to Miss. Wood's office. She kept making faces at me but I ignored her.

"Come on in girls. Tiffany, you sit there and Sky you sit there."

"How long are we here for?" Tiffany impatiently asked.

"An hour. I've got things to do elsewhere but you two can stay in here. If you need the toilet you can go but otherwise if I catch you out of this room, you'll be in trouble. Got it?"

"Yeah. Got it." I said.

"Good. I'll be back in an hour."

Then she left and closed the door. Great. One hour with Tiffany!

After about 10 minutes, the door opened. It wasn't Miss. Wood, it was Rani.

"Hi Sky, heard you got detention."

"Yeah. I'll tell you later."

"Ok. Sarah-Jane told me she's gonna pick you up, ok?"

"Yeah. See you later."

Then she left. It had been about 30 minutes and me and Tiffany weren't talking to each other.

Then it started. She spoke to me.

"You know Sky, I didn't mean to fight you. I was angry."

"What are you talking about?"

"I shouldn't have gotten us both in trouble. So I'm apologising."

"Really? You mean it?"

"Yeah. I'm sorry."

"I'm sorry too."

"Now, it's just us two in here. I want to show you something."

"Uh... ok?"

"Try not to scream."

She put her hand to her forehead.

Oh. My. God.

She took off her human skin. She revealed a Slitheen. I was dead meat.

"Tiffany? You're a... Slitheen?!"

"Do you like me even less now? Don't worry, I'm only going to kill you."

I ran out the room. I didn't care about Miss. Wood's rule. I'm not going to die. I ran to the cafeteria. The only place with vinegar. I grabbed a couple sachets of it.

I was running back to the office when I saw Miss. Wood, walking in. I waited a couple seconds then went back in.

"Where have you been?"

"The toilet Miss."

"Why do you have vinegar?"

"Uh... it was in the toilets?"

"Or you got it from the cafeteria. Why?"

"I don't have a reason. I'm very sorry Miss."

"You just got yourself a detention tomorrow at lunch."

I sighed. Tiffany was smart enough to go back into her human disguise.

"Right, it's almost time for you to go. I'll just go get my handbag from the teachers room then I'll take you both to the car park."

She left. I was alone with Tiffany the Slitheen. I tried to keep calm.

"I'm going to kill you soon. Just you wait."

She tightly grabbed my wrist. I panicked.

"Why do you want to kill me?!"

"Because Rani killed Katie, you killed Katie's Mum and Clyde killed Katie's Dad. I simply want revenge."

"Please. I'm sorry."

"Sorry isn't good enough."

Miss. Wood cane back in. Thank god.

"Are you both ready to go?"

We nodded. We followed her to the car park then she let us go. Tiffany was waiting for someone and I went to Mum's car.

"Hi Mum."

"Hi Sky. How was detention?"

"Scary. And I almost died."

"What on earth are you talking about?"

I saw Tiffany staring at me. She had an evil look on her face. I couldn't take it.

"Tiffany is a..."

She kept giving me evil looks.

"She's a what? Is everything ok Sky?"

"Tiffany's a Slitheen!" I blurted out.

"What?! A Slitheen?!"

"Yeah. She tried to kill me. I got in trouble for leaving the room to go and get some vinegar as protection. So I have another detention."

"Well now we know what she is, we know she's probably going to want revenge for what we did to her family."

"Yeah but they were going to kill us. They made you go unconscious. We had no other choice."

"And I bet she knows where we live. We can be prepared. She might not even show up at all. We'll wait and see."

"That's all we can do. She's been suspended, but I don't want to go to school tomorrow either way."

"Well, you have to I'm afraid. I'll pick you up tomorrow. I'll also pick up Clyde and Rani."

"Ok Mum. Are you sure you'll be ok tomorrow? You know, maybe Tiffany will tell her family that we know her secret?"

"I'll be fine. I promise. Besides, I don't think Tiffany has the guts to come to our house. We know her secret."

"Yeah, I suppose."
