Sky's POV

I woke up. I wasn't dead. But how did the gun not kill me? I looked through the gap in the wardrobe. Tiffany and Holly had disappeared.

Mum was still on the bed. Maybe the gun hadn't killed her either. I couldn't get out of the wardrobe because of the padlock. Of all places to be locked in!

All I could do was wait. 20 minutes later, I saw Mum moving. She woke up and looked around. She got up and approached the wardrobe.

She had her sonic lipstick and aimed it at the padlock. Once it was unlocked, Mum took the chains off the door and opened it. I immediately came out and tightly wrapped my arms around her.

I could feel tears falling down my face. I couldn't help it. I was so scared. Me and Mum hugged each other in silence. I suddenly remembered something. Tiffany and Holly.

"Mum, are you ok?"

"Yeah, I'm fine. Are you?"

"Yes. What happened to the Slitheen?"

"I don't know. They could be downstairs. We have to check."

We both went downstairs. Mum in front, and me, absolutely petrified behind her.

When we got down there, I felt really relieved. Rani was down there.

"Sarah-Jane! Sky! You're both ok!"

"Yeah, we are. Where are the Slitheen?" Mum questioned.

"Oh, me and Clyde killed them. He's at his house showering. I showered in Sky's bathroom and borrowed your clothes Sarah-Jane. I hope you don't mind." Rani explained.

"It's absolutely fine. So, all the Slitheen are dead now? We don't have to worry about them anymore?" Mum inquired.

"I'd say so."

"Thank god for that!" Mum said.

"Mum, I'm going upstairs to have a quick shower. I'll be down in 15 minutes."

"Alright Sky. I'll be down here."

I went upstairs to my bathroom. I had calmed down by now. I didn't need to worry about the Slitheen. They were dead. After my shower, I went back downstairs to find Mum, Clyde and Rani.

"Hi Sky. Are you ok?" Mum asked.

"Yeah, I'm relived. The Slitheen are dead. They won't come back!"

"Well, they might show up another day, but they won't be Tiffany and her lot."

"I can live with that."

"Anyway, I suppose you're hungry. It's getting late and it's been a long day."

"Yeah, it most definitely has."

Mum ordered us a pizza. Clyde and Rani were staying the night, so I felt a bit better knowing I had them both as well as Mum.

It was Saturday night, so it didn't matter if we stayed up late. We watched a few movies and played all sorts of different games. We got to sleep at about 2am.

When I woke up the next morning, I found that everyone else was already awake. Clyde was in the kitchen, making us breakfast and Rani was with Mum, doing something I didn't care about at the time.

Clyde made us scrambled egg and bacon for breakfast. It tasted very nice.

The day was pretty chilled out. I had no homework to do, and neither did Clyde or Rani. They both stayed over up until 9pm.

Our day was us playing games and watching telly. We deserved a lazy day after recent events.

At the end of the day, I felt so much happier. The Slitheen had gone (for now), me, Mum, Rani and Clyde were all ok and on top of all that, I never had to see Katie or Tiffany ever again.

Mum came into my room to say goodnight. She also wanted to check everything was ok with me.

"You ready for bed Sky?"

"Yeah, but I'm not overly tired."

"Well you have school tomorrow, so you need to sleep."

"I know, I will sleep in a bit."

"Anyway, how are you feeling after all the recent events?"

"A little scared, but it's ok now. We won, the Slitheen lost."

"You played a big part. You killed most of the Slitheen. I'm so proud of you."

"Well I only knew what to do because you taught me how to."

"All the same, you were amazing."

"So were you, but you always are."

She hugged me. I hugged her back.

"I love you Sky."

"I love you too Mum."
