"What?" I asked in a confused tone even though I knew what.
"DON'T PLAY DUMB WITH ME. ARE YOU PREGNANT?!" she yelled.
"....yes," I humbly said.
*EARLIER THAT DAY*
I did my morning routine and went downstairs to get some breakfast. I wasn't the type to eat breakfast but Chrys' baby is an eater. 4 more days until I can get it out of me. "Lyryc, your brest looks bigger," mom says.
"No they don't. You tryna make me feel better about my small titties?" I say as I kiss Nevaeh on her forehead.
"No baby. I'm talking for real. Don't they Mahlia?"
"Come to think about it, they actually do," she said.
I knew these were symptoms of pregnancy but I had to play it off. "Who knows? Maybe my body is starting to shape like yours ma."
People always questioned my body shape because my mom is perfectly shaped.
After I was done eating I grabbed my keys and left. Chrys couldn't drop me AGAIN!
I also had to drop Mahlia because she didn't have a ride.

I sat a few tests which I hope I passed. Usually I would know if I pass or not but I wasn't sure today. The day slowly passed by and I didn't hear or see Chrys. He was absent.
I texted him but he was last active 4 hours ago. I was starting to get worried. I texted his mom but she said he left home very early this morning and she hasn't heard from him since. So I went home.
As soon as my phone connected to the house's wifi I got a message from Chrys.
When I read the message my heart started to beat really fast.

I went inside and put my phone on the table before running upstairs to change my clothes. To my surprise everyone except Krysteen and Nevaeh was home. It took me about 10 minutes to change. When I was done I ran back downstairs and left.

"Have you searched her room?" I ask Chrys.
"No. It's locked!" he replies.
"Uuuugggghhhh!!" I yell.
We've been looking for 1 and a half hour straight.
We laid on the fluffy carpet thinking of a new place to look.
I suddenly felt Chrys' warm hand on my belly. He started rubbing in circular moments and to be honest I didn't want him to stop. His hand started moving lower until he reached my belt buckle. He opened mt pants with one hand and slipped his hand into my pantie.
"Seriously Chrys?"
"I miss how you taste," he says licking his lips.
He pulled me closer to him by my waist and was about to pull my pants down when his phone rang.
He picked it up and say "It's your mom."
That's when I realized I don't have my phone.
After about 30 seconds on the phone with her he hung up and say "She wants you to come home immediately."

I entered the house and saw Ekon and mom sitting on the couch.
"Sit," Ekon ordered so I did.
"Your mother went through your messages with Chrys and-"
"Mom?! How can you invade my privacy like that??!!" I say knowing what's about to happen next.
"This is my house! I can do what the fuck I want. You aint even bought that phone so shut the fuck up!" my mom say shocking me.
In all my 17 years on Earth I've never heard my mom use profanity.
"Q relax!" Ekon say causing her to sit back down.
"We read upon to your last message Lyryc. Is it true?" Ekon asked.
I said nothing even though I knew what he was talking about.
"IS IT TRUE??!" mom yelled?
"What?" I asked in a confused tone even though I knew what.
"DON'T PLAY DUMB WITH ME. ARE YOU PREGNANT?!" she yelled.
"....yes," I humbly said.
Tears ran out of her eyes and down her face. To see my mother hurt like this hurt me. My chest started to pain me and a tear slipped from my eye.
"Mom, please, don't cry. I'm having an abortion next week," I say in the most cheering up tone as I could.
"No you aint! You aint bout to kill that fetus. You're keeping it."
"But mom-"
"THAT'S FINAL! NOW GET OUT OF MY WAY!!" she said making me step aside so she can go upstairs.
I texted Chrys and he was going through the same thing I was. My mom had told his mom.
Now I have to keep this thing inside of me.
"Your mother made a list of penalties for you," Ekon said as he handed me a paper.
After reading the list I went up to my room and curled up in a ball as I cried.
