It's been 4 days since Chrys has been gone and it's killing me inside. He doesn't even call me everyday and when I do it immediately goes to voicemail. We agreed to tell my parents about me moving to Pig Island when he comes back but I decided to do it on my own. It was Saturday so everyone was home. I decided to call a family meeting. The second I exited my room my mom was standing at the door. She surprisingly embraced me with a hug which shocked me. "I'm sorry," she said in my ears.

"I'm sorry too," I say.
"I shouldn't have treated you like this. Instead I should have treated you exactly how I wanted my mom to treat me. And for this I'm super sorry," she says a tear run down her face.
"I'm sorry I went and got pregnant. I never meant to bring shame to you name. I took the birth control pills in a wrong way. I didn't read the leaflet. But mom why can't I have an abortion. It doesn't make any sense to give birth to a baby I don't want and doesn't love," I say honestly even though it was very harsh.
"First of all abortion is a sin. Secondly you'll grow to love it, trust me. But the main reason why I don't want you to have an abortion is because I could have aborted you but I didn't and here you are today, my first priority. After having miscarriages I thought what sense does it make to have this one. I wanted to abort you but Shay was pregnant at that same time and made me not do it. I gave you a chance so give this baby a chance. Did Chrys even agree to this abortion?"
"Nope. He doesn't. But there's something I wanna talk to you and dad about," I say.
"Omg! Did you just call Ekon 'dad'?" my mom asks.
"What? No. I said Ekon ma," I say.
"Did someone say Ekon?" Ekon said in a superhero tone which made me and mom laugh.
"Baby you missed it. She just called you dad. You should have heard," my mom says.
"I said Ekon ma. Anyways! I wanna move to Pig Island after graduation," I blurted out.
"What? Why? What about school?" my mom asked sadly.
"Because I just want some time away from humans and time to raise my baby. I can do online school ma," I say.
She said nothing.
"How long will you be staying?" Ekon asked.
"Maybe 5 years," I say.
My mother eyes flew open.
"I'm sorry mom but people in school have already figured out I'm pregnant and started calling me names and I'm just gonna need some time away from humanity," I say.
"Will it make you happy?" she asked.
"Yes it will," I reply.
"Okay. But we'll need to hire a personal midwife and send medical instruments. There are 3 houses there. One of them is being rented at the moment but the other two are empty. You'll like the pigs too they're friendly," mom said as she showed me a pic.
