Unforgettable Book 2 {Completed}

Chap. 17

CHRYS POV 

It's been two weeks since I've been back. Thanks to God I got accepted and had a successful photo shoot.

I was now in school and Lyryc was sitting next to me. Everyone in the school knows she's pregnant and has been teasing her. She cries at night and I know this because she calls me when she does. No one knows I'm the father though and she doesn't want to say anything about it because she doesn't want to burden me with 'her' issue. Little does she know, I plan on exposing myself because we're in this together. Her burden is mines and we will carry it together. 

Everyone was staring at her and snickering bad stuff about her. Someone passed me a piece of paper and on the paper was "Lyryc issa hoe!!" This boiled my skin. I turned to the person who passed me the paper and ask "Who wrote this?" "Kevin," he says.

I got up and walked across the class to Kevin's seat. "Did you write this?" I ask.

"Yeah and what'u gon' do bout it" he says.

I giggled to myself before glocking him in the right cheek. He charged back but tripped over his table so he fell on his back. I went on top of him and started beating the shit out of him. NOBODY disrespect's my girl like that. The teacher wasn't in the class so there was no interference. When he stopped trying to break free I got up and say "FYI I'm the mother fuckin father and if anyone of yall dear disrespect my girl again yall gon' end up like Kevin," I say angrily. 

At that very second the bell rang. I took Lyryc's hand and left the class with her. "You didn't have to that," she says.

"I know. But I wanted to," I assure her.

"I knew I was gonna get suspended!" I say.

My mom and dad was cussing the shit out of me and I just wanted to yell shut the fuck up. My lil sister, Bryn came to my room and handed me an apple. I just wanted a break from home so got dress and carried my sister to the bike park.

I was scrolling on Instagram while my sister rode around on her bicycle when I saw Judith talking to some girl who looked very familiar. I never really liked Judith but I rather have Lyryc spend time with girls than boys other than me. 

The familiar girl was Brittney. Judith's not suppose to be talking to Brittney because she knows Lyryc hates  her. I snapped a quick picture and sent it to Lyryc. she read it immediately and replied with a "whatever! I can't trust nobody nowadays." I'm surprised by her reaction. It' either it's the baby or she knew already.

I was getting super bored so I asked Lyryc to meet me her. In 15 minutes she was  here. She was wearing and oversize T-shirt and jeans. She really hates her pregnancy but she can't kill my first seed. 

She sat next to me on the bench and rested her head on my shoulder. I kissed her forehead and ask "What's up?" By this time Brittney and Judith were already gone. 

"I miss my life before this pregnancy," she says.

"Don't worry it'll be over soon. When's your next check up?" 

"Tomorrow," she says.

"Tomorrow??!! Why didn't you tell me. Well I'll have to cancel my plans for tomorrow," I say.

"You don't have to cancel anything. My mom'll go with me. It's okay to miss the second check up," she says.

"Naw! I ain't bout to miss any of MY baby check ups," I assure her. 

"Chrys can you rub my feet?" she asks.

I rolled my eyes before saying 'yes'.
