Slight Smut At The End
Fae would never forget the moment she first realized she was in love with the revolutionist. It was a dewy summer morning, he took her hand, pulling her from a ditch. The sympathy in his voice, even though she didn't understand a word he said. She'd never seen anyone look at her like the way he looked at her soaking self that wet morning. He cupped her cheek, and kissed her lips for the first time, the words came shaking off his lips, that was it for her.
Fae just finished tightening the red necktie around Javier's neck. She flattened it out and tucked it into his vest, running her hands over his chest and planting a kiss on his cheek. His hand rested in the center of her back, slowly rubbing and occasionally pulling her closer. She would laugh, and bite her lower lip as her body jolted towards him.
It was ritualistic at this point, that she ties his neckties every morning. She has been for three years. It was their way of talking and touching in the morning, it was simple things that kept their relationship pure. Moments like these, they wouldn't trade for their deepest desires.
Fae stands on her tippy toes to reach his height, tipping his sombrero forward for a proper kiss," Have some fun tonight." She kisses him again," Sean's right, get out of your shell."
Javier chortled and pressed his forehead to hers, in a low gruff whisper," The fun won't start till later." They both smiled, he let go first, heading for the exit, he looked back at the flustered girl," You comin'?"
Biting her thumb nail, she mutters looking into the mirror," In a minute." She watched him out of the corner of her eye, then her eyes traveled to the chair that sat in the corner of their tent," Hey.." She pointed to his poncho," Can I borrow that?"
He smirked as he retrieved his guitar," You don't even have to ask."
As soon as he was gone, and the flap to the tent finished swaying, Fae felt herself giggle a little before putting her hands on her vanity table," Fae Bennett you lucky girl." She giggled lightly to herself
She brushed out her hair, and twisted it back into a low loose ponytail, powdering her face and slipping her jacket and Javier's poncho over her shoulder. When she joined the party, the first thing she noticed was Sean wobbling on a rock. He slurred something that she didn't understand, waving a bottle threw the air. Fae smirked and shook her head, she figured she'd better go to him to join the party. She stood close to Dutch's tent, crossing her arms and leaning on the tree, watching Sean stumble away to the nearby table.
"Come on, how about a song?" Dutch emerged from his tent, and encouraged Javier.
A smile crept onto Fae's face as she watched her love doing what he loved most," Your blushing ,Bennett." It was Arthur's gruff voice. She jumped a little looking up at him with half pursed lips and half a smile, but upon looking at him over her shoulder, Fae broke into a full bright smile," You seem well."
Fae's eyes went back to Javier, he smiled and lightly laughed as he joked with Uncle and Sean," He's home, and safe, but most importantly he's smiling again. I haven't seen him smile since Blackwater."
"He was smiling even after that." Fae raised a brow at his remark, Arthur chuckled," He smiles every time he looks at you."
Fae blushes again, then her voice sunk to a more serious tone," Is it as bad as we fear?" She referred to Blackwater
Arthur looked around, hesitant to answer the question," It is..... Fae it's real bad: Pinkertons everywhere, bounty hunters festering the place, there's no way we're getting in there anytime soon to get that money."
"Well." Her eyes glanced over from Sean who was singing his heart out to the big outlaw that stood next to her," I wonder how Dutch is going to get out of this one."
