We've been back for a few days and although I was supposed to be on vacation, there were a few photoshoots that I had to do. Although they weren't a lot and didn't take up much time, Dylan has been sulking ever since we came back. Especially since I've been sleeping in my condo since it was closer to the location.

It's what he has been doing this morning and for the past 2 days.

I was peacefully sleeping when I heard my door open and some ruckus was heard from the kitchen. I thought it was an intruder and I was ready to beat the hell out of him when all I saw was Dylan making breakfast with a sulking pout and was muttering things underneath his breath.

I breathe out in a sigh of relief when I saw that it was no stranger and put the bat down.

"Aiyo, Wang He Di! I thought you were a burglar or something." I tell him as I approach the kitchen counter, where he was cutting up some avocados.

He looked up from what he was doing, giving me a glare and a pout, then went back to cutting and muttering nonsense under his breath.

"Okay. Stop it. I'm not finding this cute anymore. Today's the last day and after that I'm all yours." I scold him as I took a seat on the counter top beside him. He was frustratingly cute, but now it's just ridiculous.

He sighed and stopped cutting. He washed his hands and wiped his hands on the kitchen towel. He then came to stand in front of me and I opened my legs for him to stand in between. He placed his arms on either side of me on the counter while I crossed my arms in front of my chest.

"I'm sorry. It's just..." He trailed off and paused, looking at me. I just raised an eyebrow. You have to say it. He groaned and dropped his head on top of my arms.

"I just miss you and want to spend more time with you. This was the longest we spent together alone. I got used to it." He raised his head and pouted at me cutely. "Forgive this overbearing, childish, and handsome man?" He asks.

I scoffed and laughed. I raise my arms to place around him, one hand sliding in his hair. "I've spoiled you."

"Yes you have." He nodded and dropped his head towards my shoulder and put his arms around me for a hug while in turn I grip his shoulders and kept petting his hair.

"Don't worry, since it's my birthday tomorrow, I'm all yours to do with as you please."

"Oh really?" I can practically hear the smirk in his tone. I slap his back but all he did was chuckle.

We stayed like that for awhile. Me petting his hair and running my hand over his back in soothing motions and him nuzzling my shoulder.

Dylan was always so affectionate. When we were filming Meteor Garden, he would hug everyone and greet everyone so warmly. Even though he played pranks and kept on teasing everyone, especially me, he would always make sure it didn't get too far and if it did sometimes, he would apologize and cling to you till you forgive him.

I pushed him away gently. "好吧 (Hǎo ba, ok), I need to get ready." I smiled up at him and went to get off the counter but before I could slide down, Dylan leaned down to kiss me.

It was a soft press of lips before he pulled away and smiled. "Good morning. Off you go." Then he carried me off the counter and pushed me towards the direction of my bedroom.

As soon as I reached my bedroom, I turned back around and saw he went back to preparing breakfast. I'm a lucky woman.

So I lied to Dylan.

It was a small one. But now that I saw how he was faring the past couple of days. I felt guilty now. You have a good reason, Yue.
