With Just a Kiss (Namkook)

Chapter 5

~Namjoon's Pov~

I was sleeping in my studio soundly until I started having nightmares. Tossing and turning, I start whimpering and shaking a bit, wanting to wake up but not being able to.  I scream, but I felt like I couldn't wake up.

I was laying on his couch sleeping, crying, and sweating. I was whimpering and muttering something before letting out another scream. I felt, probably a staff member, was trying to wake me up. In my nightmarish world, I think I hear Jungkook's voice.

"N-Namjoon..... P-Please wake up.... It'll be ok...."

I whimper and cry more, curling up into a ball more, I keep whimpering and muttering words. Someone then hugs me, pulling me closer and starts saying calming words. I hold onto the person and start calming down. I whimper and start to wake up. Once I do, I sniffle and manage to mutter out in a broken voice. "I-I'm sorry, y-you guys can l-leave"

I look at Jungkook and he shakes his head, hugging me closer to himself. "No Hyung.... It's alright.... Don't be sorry... we're here for you"

I sniffle again and loosen my hold on Jungkook since I was hugging him pretty tightly. He doesn't leave me and continues to hug me. Then he starts whispering soothing words to me to try and calm me down which works. I start to calm down more and hide my face into the crook of his neck.

He starts rubbing my back in a soothing manner and speaks softly. "Everything will be ok Hyung.... Everything will be alright" I calm down completely and sniffle......again. "I-I'm sorry Jungkook.... I-I'm ok n-now...."

He looks at me, concerned and shakes his head. "No don't apologize hyung... it's fine"

I look at him and nod. "o-ok" He nods and gives me a small smile. I give him a weak smile back.

He hugs me more, and I put my face back in the crook of his neck, still hugging him. He doesn't let go of me and keeps holding me in his embrace. I don't want let go either, wanting to keep hugging Jungkook since he made me feel safe. He starts swaying a bit, so I start swaying with him.

"Are you feeling a bit better hyung?"

I sniffle once again and nod, my voice still broken. "y-yes"

He looks at me "You sure..?" I just nod slowly* "Y-yea"

"Ok then..."

I look at Jungkook. "Y-you don't have to stay here anymore with me..." he looks back at me. "But i wanna stay with you.."

I keep looking at him and lay my head on his shoulder. "W-will you lay with m-me....?" From where I had my head rested i could see him blush slightly, but he nods nods a bit. "S-Sure"

I then blush a bit as well and lay back down on the couch, making room for Jungkook so he can lay down as well. He then lays next to me. Sniffling again I try to keep my eyes down. Since I know if I look at Jungkook I'll end up staring at his lips.....again.

He looks at me then wraps his arms around my waist. I smile a bit and wrap my arms around him. He smiles a bit, and I hide my face in his chest. He smiles and pulls me closer to himself, I smile and relax a bit.

Jungkook starts playing with my hair, causing me to relax more and smile.  He smiles more, seeing me relax and keeps playing with my hair.  I keep relaxing and let out a soft sigh. He continues and relaxes as well, closing his eyes.

Relaxing completely, I sniffle from time to time, enjoying being in Jungkook's warm embrace. he pulls me closer to him again. I  move my head from the crook of his neck to his chest, letting him pull me closer. He starts to hum quietly.  I listen to him hum and smile softly.
