Chunin exams pt. 1: The written Test pt. 2

Looking up at Ibiki sensei I ignore Gaara. My true feelings came out right in front of him. I cried right in front of him too. My life is over. I think I just made Gaara hate me even more.

Hearing Ibiki sensei rant on about the rules we start the exams. I couldn't really focus on them. Not with sitting next to Gaara. I just decided to doodle on the paper and write answers on the stupid thing. Gaara was using his third eye to cheat.

Looking up I yawn. "Well it's nap time." Laying my head down I start to doze off. The last thing I see is Gaara looking at me.

Gaara's POV

"Well it's nap time." Hearing Hannah I look over to see her lay her head down. She looks at me with the bright blue eyes then drifts off. I can hear her light snoring as she snoozed.

How can she sleep at a time like this?! Does she know something about this test I don't?

Watching her I notice some hair fell into her face. Making sure I'm not seen I tuck the strand behind her ear to see them pierced. "Hehe stop that tickles." Giggling she swats my hand away while smiling. Light snores are still heard.

"Gaara..." I freeze when I hear my name come from her lips. She must be dreaming of me! My heart is beating rapidly. I don't like it. I want it to stop. What is this stupid feeling?

What a strange girl.

Turning back to my test I fill the rest out before the hour is up. Speaking of test. I turn my eyes to see hers. All I see are doodles and silly answers. The doodle that stood out most was one of me. She drew it with such care.

Turning her head I quickly go looking back at my paper just in case she wakes up. She doesn't but, does sit up. Her head is dangling to my side. Falling over her head finds my shoulder. "Comfortable." Talking more she snuggles up to me. She is so close I can smell her perfume. She smells of cookies.

Suppressing the blush from my face I decide to wake her. "Are you going to sleep on me all day or are you going to get up." Shaking her, her eyes flutter open. Turning she looks up at me. She stays the way she is for a few looking at me. Blushing she quickly sits up.

Hannah's POV

"G-Gaara I am so sorry! I didn't mean to sleep on you!" Bolting up I feel hot. I just woke up from laying on his shoulder. Turning back to my test I look up at the clock it was time for the finale question. Casting my gaze up I meet Ibiki's gaze. A very intimidating man indeed. But I have a more intimidating and sexy man next to me. "It is now time for the 10th and last question! But before I give you the question there are some rules you need to be aware of." The room is strangely quiet. I understand it's was in the anime but now it's horrible.

It's broken by Kankuro coming in from the "restroom". Once he sat down Ibiki continues on. "These rules are unique to question ten so listen carefully and try not to let them frighten you." Shaking in my seat I ain't scared I'm just nervous. I already know what happens but I just feel the tension and it scares me. I quit shaking when I feel something on my leg. It's Gaara's hand on my thigh. I think he is trying to reassure me that things will be fine.

The only thing I'm perplexed about is why is he acting this way. Especially for me. He shouldn't be doing this. He should be acting all hostile like in the anime.

'Is my coming here affecting the order of the anime?'

Thinking about it I think that's what is going on. I'm interfering with everything. I should have known from the get go but I am now just realizing. How stupid am I for now just realizing it? I am broken out of my thoughts when I feel his hand move up and down. Blushing I look down at it and hold in a moan. It's turning me on but I can't let him or the others know. I'm 13 years old for Pete's sake. I can't think about having sex right now especially with the man of my dreams who I think he is unaware of what he is doing. "G-Gaara... can you remove your hand from my lap?" Asking he looks down himself. Removing his hand he remains quite.

"First of all you guys will have to choose to stay for the 10th and final question or not. If you choose to not take the exam then your final score is zero. You will fail and the same goes for the other two in your group."

I already know where this is going. Come on Naruto. You already know what to do.

Thinking to myself I look at the blond. Hesitating he raises his hand but then slams it down on the table. "Don't underestimate me! I won't run!" Yelling I smile at my hyper friend. "That's my boy." Whispering to myself I sigh.

Listening to his inspirational words. I grow more confident in this chunin exam. "For those who chose to stay. You all passed the first part of the chunin exams." Hearing those words I smile really big. "The first nine questions of the test was to see your ability of gathering information." Listening to the rest my smile never fades.

Suddenly two kuni where thrown at the ceiling. "I am the second proctor for the exams. I am Anko Mitarashi. Let's move on to the next phase! Follow me!" Lifting her arm in the air she is really hyped.
