was very difficult to write, could be difficult to read.

it was after work on a monday that would change everything forever. he took off his uniform and put on his most prettiest outfit, he had a smile on his face, which some people might think is strange, but he wasn't as sad as everyone was assuming. he was content, calm, relaxed even. he wasn't scared for once. he wasn't feeling hopeless or desperate. he was taking his time, he looked on the mirror and did his biggest smile to himself, before walking into the bathroom.

on his way out of his bedroom he made sure to take one last look, he saw his bed that he thought was the most comfortable thing in the world, that smelled like lavender. he stared at the window he'd been looking longingly out of since he was younger, watching families and couples and elderly people walk by. he looked over to his bookshelf, that held so many dreams and worlds and people. he looked at the picture on the wall of him and louis.

that's when the tears started forming in his eyes.

he shook his head and tried to make his mind go blank.

he sat on the tiled floor next to the toilet and dug in his pocket to find what he had bought on the way home.

a new razor.

he got it out and slowly started trying to break the blade free from the plastic around it.

after all the things he'd been doing for people his whole life, it still seemed he was just as empty as before. he figured that there were some people that just couldn't be saved, and he was one of them. he was proud of what he had achieved, but he didn't feel the need to stay anymore.

"thankyou", he whispered towards his phone that was on the floor next to him, watching the screen light up with louis' name and picture. the ringing was bouncing off the walls, and as he slowly moved his hand up to his left wrist it seemed to fade into the background, he could still hear it, but he was so numb it was like it was barley there.

all he could feel was the heat on his cheeks and the liquid pooling at his feet. he couldn't hear anything but white noise, and all he could see was happiness.

he'd shown it people so many times and he'd always wondered what it looked like, he was so ecstatic that he was finally discovering it.

he let his hands fall to his sides as he focussed on breathing deeply, he felt like he was going to sleep.
