CHAPTER 22

 THE CHAPTER Y'ALL HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR! IT'S FINALLY HERE!

Perry's P.O.V.

I woke up to an extreme amount of pain in my abdomen. Glancing at the glowing clock on my nightstand, the red numbers read 5:15 am. Just as the pain subsided slightly, it came again, this time more intense. I struggled to sit up, rising to my feet in crippling pain. As a stood, liquid ran down my leg. Did I just...pee myself? Before I could give the topic anymore thought a wave of pain rushed over me again. I groaned in pain, sitting back down, holding my stomach.

"Beau!" I almost screamed. He shuffled among the sheets. "Beau!" I yelled again, attempting to shove him. He woke up immediately, He got up running over to my side of the bed to assist me. He looked into my eyes as if asking the question inaudibly. "The baby is coming!" I said wincing in pain.

"I'm gonna go get Kendall." He said hurriedly, rushing out of the room. I leaned against the wall, managing to put my hair up in a makeshift bun. Beau came back almost immediately, Kendall in tow.

"Kendall, help your sister into the back seat of the car, I'll be right out, I just need to put some clothes on." He said, rushing over to the dresser to pull on a pair of gym shorts over his boxers. Kendall rushed me out, gripping my hand tightly. She sat me down gently in the back seat, closing the door and going to the other side to sit next to me. By the time we were situated, Beau was in the front seat, still throwing a T-shirt over his back, starting the car. We drove off, reaching the hospital by 6:00.

We rushed in, Beau rushing the the clerks desk.

"My girlfriend is going into labor!" He yelled. The nurses got me a wheelchair, rushing me away into a hospital room. "Kendall, call the boys, here's my phone." Beau said, handing her his phone and rushing away with me.

Kendall's P.O.V.

Beau tossed me his phone, rushing off with Perry. I quickly dialed the first number that came up on his call logs. Elliott. It rang five times until a groggy Elliott answered.

"Beau?"

"It's Kendall, I need you to get to the hospital, Perry is going into labor." I said quickly.

"Oh shit. Okay I'll be there soon, do you want me to pick up everyone else?"

"That'd be great, but I'm still gonna call them to wake them up." I said.

"Okay, see you soon." He answered, understanding my urgency.

"Bye."

I hung up, sitting down in the waiting room. Next I called Jared, Matt and Eric. They all pretty much had the same response. I thought about calling my mom briefly, you'd think she'd want to know when her first grandchild was entering this world. Eric, Matt, Jared and Elliot arrived at about 6:30, looking tired as ever. Eric was even still in his pajama pants and slippers. They sat around me, asking me questions just to get a hold on what happened, Elliott even held my hand.

"Jared, what do you go there?" I said laughing at a small teddy bear Jared clutched in his hand. He laughed a little.

"Don't think this is mine," He smiled, "It's for the baby."

"Aw, that's sweet of you." I said smiling at him.

We sat around and eventually just stopped talking, It had been hours. We found more comfortable positions to sit in the waiting room chairs. Matt and Eric fell asleep, there soft snores filling the quiet room. I was leaning on Elliott's shoulder, on the verge of sleep when a nurse walked over to the group of us.

"Perry and Beau's Family and Friends?" She asked, I stood up quick, nodding, nudging Eric and Matt out of sleep. "Right this way," She said smiling, leading us down a hallway and into a decent sized room. Perry was laying on the bed, shedding tears of joy, while she watched Beau hold the baby. She saw us all and laughed. I walked over to her and hugged her.

"Guys," Beau said, grinning wider than I've ever seen. He stood up, walking toward us carrying the baby. "Meet Rowena Oceane Bokan." He said, on the verge of tears.  

"Oh my god!" I said whispering. "This is my niece?" Perry nodded, reaching her arms out to hold her. Jared handed Beau the stuffed bear, who then put it in the crib besides Perry's bed.

"How does it feel Daddy Bokan?" Eric said laughing, smacking Beau on the back.

"Incredible." He answered.
