24: Three Cheers For Three

Since this week has been amazing for mee, and even better... I didn't even get that much homework, I've decided to post Chapter 24 yay:)

CHAPTER 24

Alyssa’s P.O.V

Two days later…

THANKGOD.

THANK YOU GOD… for making it Friday today.

Yep, that’s right.

Its FRIDAY TODAY woo!

Which means today was our last day for detention yay.

Oh but then I’ve still gotta spend my time in school anyway because there’s a game of football after school with David, Niall and Oliver anyway…

Waheeey.

And guess what?

They all asked me to cheer on and support them all for this game.

Meaning, in translation… I have to cheer on for my boyfriend, my brother and my best friend.

Yippie.

And the best part?

They all think I’m gonna be cheering on for one of them only in this game.

So isn’t that just peachy?

But if you actually wanna know how they had asked me and everything today, then I might as well tell you now.

6 hours before the game…

I walked into school, seeing cheerleaders practising for their cheering later on, people wearing their football t-shirts of our school’s team name, and everybody I literally pasted by was talking about today’s game of football.

Seriously, does anybody in this school have anything better to do than talk about football?

I mean, get a life you know?

Oh wait, they all do… it’s just that they’re all too much of a big-head to live it up properly.

I walked into French class for my first lesson this morning, seeing everybody take their seats as I took mine beside Niall.

“Hey” he smiled at me with those perfectly cute crooked teeth I loved seeing as I instantly returned the smile back to him.

“Hey.”

“So I was wondering…”

“Are you going to watch the football game tonight after school… well after detention”

“Well, I don’t know really I mean… I’m not really a massive football fan and plus if David’s-“

“Can you come for me?” Niall suddenly blurted off, cutting me off instantly as I looked back into those pleading puppy-dog eyes.

“Niall-“

“Pleease Alyssa? This would be so important to me, I mean… tonight’s going to be my actual first game with the team, playing with another school… so it would mean so much to me if you could come cheer me on.” Niall pleaded.

“I mean, cheer me on as my best friend of course” he then quickly added afterwards… perhaps too quickly as I sighed at how desperate he was for me to come watch him for this game.
