My mind was hazy when I woke up. It was like I was on drugs. Well technically I was, but nothing too serious, just sleeping meds.
But that was the least of my worries. It was the person who was waking me up that worried me. It was still dark I couldn't see the person. I could still make out the blond hair, even with my vision blurred. He just kept on saying how he loved me and was so sorry.
I was going to tell him, that it was fine. But then I woke up, really woke up this time. No Luke, no nothing, just to darkroom, rain pouring outside. I looked around my bed trying to find my phone, I finally found it under my pillow almost falling through the creases of the bed. I click the home button to see if there was anything.
And to my luck there was. There were some messages from the boys, but there was one call from loop and a voicemail. I quickly opened the phone, and clicked on the voicemail to hear it. "Im so sorry Jess, I really miss you, I lov-" he was interupted "Babe are you coming back to bed?" Then the voicemail ended.
It was weird, Luke was weird.
If he loved me how could he say it one second, then the next second just go with some other girl. But maybe I would never understand Luke. I love him, I can say it because I do. Love is just so overused to where it doesnt mean anything anymore.
I got out of bed, got dressed, tried to look pressentable, but even with all the sleep I was getting, I still looked sad, really skinny, and sick, my eyes had the darkest bags, since I lost about 20 pounds, I looked like one of those Tumblr anorexic girls. My bones were out, my face more structed, and more sulk. I just didnt look like me.
I wanted to go to find Luke. I didnt know where he was, but I was gonna find out. The boys didnt know where he was, cause they were just as pissed at him, as I was. They too didnt understand how Luke could go cheat so many times and when I do it he gets extreamly mad and calls off our engagment.
So I was only left with the Destiny and Lukes family.
I tried Lukes mom and dad, they knew nothing, they still thought our engagment was on, and I wasnt going to be the one to tell them that thier son had called it off.
Which only left me with Destiny. I rang her and she picked up immadatly, well not her, but Luke. I should of know that he would of been with her, her squeky high pitched voice in the voicemail.
"Hello" Luke said. "Um hi is Destiny there?" I asked pulling my vocal chords a little higher so Luke didnt reconize that I was the one that was calling. After all my number was a blocked number. "Yeah ill get her for you" Luke said shuffeling to get the phone to Destiny.
"Destiny speaking" She giggled
"Uh hey Destiny its me Jess, I know you probabley dont like me at all, but you need to understand I just need to talk to Luke, just have one final talk." I said my voice squeaking at the end, almost crying.
"If Luke wanted to talk to you he would of, just give him a break that what he wants. and you want whats best for him right?" She asked trying to act innocent. But I knew girls like this. She acted sweet and caring but her inntentions were far from it.
"But this isnt what Luke needs, he doesnt need to be sleeping around, going from pace to place, he just needs to come back home." My voice was unstable and I was trying my best to keep my head high, but it was hard.
"When will you get through your head he doesnt want to be with you, hes trying to get away doing this, dont be blind to it." She said
"Please just tell me where he is, or tell him to come home" I was practacley begging which was something I did very rarly.
"No" she said coldley into the phone.
"Please" I asked one more time.
"I said NO!" She practacley screamed into the phone, hurting my ears a little too. BItch.
"Whoa whos getting you so worked up Des? Calm down." I could hear Luke throught the phone, and now i was quite scared to what she might reply to Luke. I mean I didnt want him thinking I was stalking hi, even though I kinda was, in a way.
I heard the phone move, like it had been moved rapadley. "Oh no one you need to worry about" She said calmly. I thanked her in a way for not saying it was me, but then again she did insult me.
Yet my thoughts were interupted by the line on my phone going dead.
I was going to find Luke and make him stay because I needed Luke and I guess he kinda needed me too.
