(Sry I got a ton of stuff that I'm worrying about, including the oneshots book here. I was going to update it but I decided to not update it because I wanted to work on something. I'll update this story now.... I'm not a good writer here. I have to admit that.)

The school ended at the same time like usual, the students left the school while the teachers stayed behind. Shuichi waved goodbye to Kokichi, who also waved back at him, as the two entered their house. Shuichi entered his house, he wasn't used to the silence, normally his uncle would be doing his detective work which made some noises. He walked to his room, when he opened the door and stepped in, he saw glass shards and a broken window. Shuichi want to examine the scene, A robbery? But... Nothing's messy here... He didn't notice a shadow coming from behind him until he was hit on the head and fell unconscious. "Easy peasy!" The person had a crazy smile on their face, a smile yearning for... despair. "That's will be 2 numbers down!"

Kokichi walked over to the mess of Panta, paper and cushions all over the floor. I guess I have to tidy up now... Kokichi started to move all the Panta bottles into one space and picked a bunch outside to recycle them. Next he chucked all of the cushions at the the couch, not bothering to care about how the cushions was positioned, he went over to the paper. He picked them all up in one pile and then put them on a nearby table. He was quickly exhausted because he has never been tidy about much, never worked out much. At the school, whenever they have physical education, he would try to find an excuse to avoid it.

He yawned after he sat on the couch, Tomorrow's going to be a new day... He laid on top of the cushions and fell asleep.

Shuichi woke up blindfolded, he felt cold metal and ropes tying him down to a chair. He tried struggling out of the ropes and chains that are binding him, he kept on struggling until he heard a voice. "Puhuhu~ Such a wonderful scenery this is!~" A woman's voice giggled. Shuichi had sweat coming down his face as he started struggling again. He heard footsteps coming closer and closer to him, "Uhh... Mother..." A rather familiar voice called out. "What is it, my sweet sweet Tsumugi?~" Shuichi's eyes widened from underneath the blindfold, Tsumugi? Isn't she the Tsumugi in my class?

A sound of footsteps moving fast and then something being whipped, a pained voice was heard. "Puhuhu~ You certainly are my precious daughter~ Such a wonderful display on despair on your face!~ Let's continue shall we?~" More whipping and screaming was heard. Shuichi was afraid and started to struggle violently, hoping that he could escape.

The whipping stopped and a soft sound of sobbing was heard. "Oh my Tsumugi... Looking so miserable... It makes me wanna die..." The woman said in a very sad tone. "But that's what makes it a perfect despair!~" The woman said happily. "Ahahahaha!" She laughed manically. "Now, now... Let's see..." The sound of footsteps was growing louder and louder to Shuichi. "Puhuhu~ I'm sure if I kill you in front of him... His face will be fill with absolute despair!~" Shuichi flinched at the word 'kill'. "Puhuhu~ Don't worry I won't kill you... Yet..." More footstep was heard as it grew distant and distant. The room became silent until Shuichi started struggling again, as he was doing that, someone tried standing up slowly trying to not to fall down. They approached Shuichi slowly, slowly losing balance because of the injuries they had.

He felt the fingers of Tsumugi as she tries tugging the chains and rope that were tying Shuichi. She let go after a while, "This is hopeless..." She said grimly. She slowly stepped out of the room, leaving Shuichi all tied up and alone in the house's basement. Shuichi wanted to shout out to her, he wanted to escape and go home but his words were stuck in his throat. Unable to get them out, he heard something closing with a click sound.
