The streetlights were flickering, making things had to see for a second. Shuichi stopped running as he stopped for a break after running for so long. He was certain that the lady wouldn't catch up with that heavy chainsaw of hers and also that she was the same lady that kidnapped him earlier. Kokichi stopped running as well, he walked to the direction that they had run from, as he stopped there looking at the darkness. He couldn't see his house, he felt a hand grabbing firmly onto his arm. He turned his head down to look at Shuichi as Shuichi shook his head, telling him it isn't a good decision to go back.

"What are we going to do?" Kokichi quietly said in an unhappy tone. He looked back at the direction of his house, Shuichi didn't know how to answer back after all the town isn't a safe place anymore. Shuichi stood up and put his hand onto Kokichi's shoulder, "Everything will be fine." Shuichi reassured him. "For now we have to find a place to go and hide in, that lady could come at us anytime." Kokichi turned his head towards Shuichi and nodded sadly.

"My Tsumugi!~ I'm back home!~ Did you miss your cute little mother?~" She asked her daughter in her cute personality. Tsumugi nodded, afraid of what she was going to do. "I was so close, Tsumugi!~" She hugged onto Tsumugi tightly and moving her head around as she laid it on Tsumugi's chest, making her feel uncomfortable. The wounds on Tsumugi made it much more uncomfortable, the strings of pains spread throughout her body. She was going to cry at the pain but the tears didn't come out of her eyes, she has probably cried them all out of her eyes. Her glasses was lying there on the floor as her mother, Junko kept on hugging her, grabbing tightly onto her wounds to make her feel worser.

She eventually stopped hugging her, "I'm now tired my sweetie now I shall go to sleep" She stood up as she spoke like a proud queen. She started walking off to her bedroom and closing the door as she entered. Tsumugi stood up, picking up her glasses as she put them on again. She walked towards her room that looks like a slave's room, she had enough as she walked away from the room and exited out of the house. She had decided to run away from her home, being trapped at the same two places, being unable to be with friends long and being abused. She had enough of it all, she wants to be free from all the pain she has been through as she rushed out of her house.

"Hey, Shuichi!" Kokichi yelled out, seeing that the detective has walked a far distance away from him. He pouted, "Is this your way of showing friendship?" Shuichi didn't notice that he had walked so fast since he was busy in his thoughts, thinking of places he and Kokichi can go. He looked back and saw that he had walked much faster than he thought he was walking so he slowed down. Kokichi smiled as he hugged Shuichi's arm, "Now that's more like it!" Shuichi smiled back. His second day at this town... Has been a complete disaster. Hopefully nothing goes much worser than it already is.
