Mission Failed (Raynare X Reader)

Ch 2 - Stalker

Raynare was giving the order by Chancellor and approved by the Governor General.

Speaking of, if DxD had budget to be a long anime like Naruto, Fairy Tail, etc one thing that would excite me is seeing how Azazel would play out in his original role as a chemistry teacher and seeing all his Sacred Gear research. Seriously anime fans check out that wiki.

Moving forward Raynare is going to have to work for it.

The next day Raynare went out to scope you out as Azazel had came into his chambers to conduct some research. He was going through textbooks and even a few scrolls when a blonde girl walked in.

"Azazel?" She asked.

"What's up?"

"Are we waiting on a move?"

Azazel put his scroll down and leaned back in his chair. "Not too concerned right now. If she executes then she will be a minimum half a day. That's an if mind you." He took a handful of darts off of his desk and threw one a thr target. Twenty points.

"You seem calm about it. Why not take any action? Or prep? Do you not care?"

He sighed and threw another dart. Outer bullseye. "Ya know there is a few ways to go about it. Mostly everyone wants to be in battle stance. What for? If she's here in half a day and the boy is here then we go into battle stance. If we think about fighting at this second we just overthink, get tense, and mentally wear ourselves out. I'm serious but I try not to be. I try to set the pace. Life isn't all bad."

"Fair enough sir."

"When you relax good can happen." Azazel threw another dart and this time hit the inner bullseye. "Trust and knowledge of approach." He got up from his chair. "You know what is good? I'll grab me a drink. If Manakel asks tell him and he'll know where to find me."

"O-kay?"

Raynare held the picture up and got another good look. Still think he's cute. Wonder what such a young guy can possess. Not only that but will he go for me? I mean I did my hair and makeup, slept well, dressed in another school's uniform, and I hope he likes boobs. Geez. I can't believe work means going on a date.

Meanwhile you're in the ORC as you, Issei, Rias, Akeno, and Kiba gather around. Rias is smiling which is always a good sign.

"(FN) we are glad you joined."

"Thank you Rias. And it's nice to be here. I mean I think I might have trouble adjusting but outside that what now?" You ask.

"Tell you what. Relax and get some school work done and then tomorrow we can start some exercises."

"Maybe you can stretch me too. Hehe." Teased Akeno.

"Uhhhh kinda not my place. You're pretty but one thing at time." You blushed.

"Well least we only have one pervert." Said Koneko sitting on the couch.

"When did you get here?" Cried Issei.

"What it do." She bite into a chocolate bar.

"I don't look under skirts and such. But thank you Rias. Won't let you down."

"I just want you comfortable for the time being. Then you can balance it all. Find a girlfriend, find hobbies, and such."

"Sweet. Guess I'm off. Bye all." You pick your bag and wave. Gone you go.  Outside the main campus you pass the water fountain and see a girl from another school. She looked down. "Hey. You good over there?"

"Hi." She looks up at you with those magenta eyes. "I got stood up by some friends. Wanna hang out instead?"

Woah... "Yeah, uhh- where to?" Way to be composed jackass!

"Oh I don't know, we were going to grab late lunch. Mind helping me up. Skirt is a little tight." She playfully extended her hand and blushed.

*insert sexual saxophone noises*

By all means. Maybe this was a hint from Rias. You assist her up.
"Want to lead the way?"

"How about like this?" She clinged to your arm.

This is new. "Okay then. So into the marketplace?"

"Hehe. Yup." Not so bad. Fill his stomach so I get to his heart.

"What are you in the mood for?"

"Ice cream and window shopping? You mind?"

"Me? Only thing you should keep in mind is I haven't been shopping with a girl before. But hey I'm down for it. Why not."

"Okay. I'm Raynare."

"Sorry. Guess I got carried away. I'm (FN)."

"And you wouldn't happen to have someone you have a thing for right? I don't want to have a taken boy with me. I'm not like that."

"No no. Nothing. Not a flirt, anyone in interest, or anything. Me and you Raynare. Let's head out."

"Thanks Doll."

Doll? That's a real first. If that means huggable I'm good with it.

Azazel had a laugh and finished his brew as he went outside the bar and swooshed the curtain back. Then he saw Raynare holding your arm as you walked passed. He noticed her giggling and that smile was genuine.

She's having quite the amount of fun. I feel his energy. He's got something in store. Not a Dragon that I won't come near, but an asset. I just hope Gremory or Sitri haven't scooped him up just yet. Otherwise that's another headache my way. Even so I wonder what Raynare's feelings are towards him. (FN) is a charming a boy. Either way I don't plan on her taking him down just yet. This will probably be dragged out and I will see what her report is. Now back to the desk before dinner. Want to get stuff down early for a nice long soak.

Haha. Seriously it's unbelievable how calm this guy is. I wish I could have his composure sometimes. Might do me and others some good.
