November 8, 2030 on Earth, time 11:50 A.M.
I was walking home like it was any other day, well at least going to the bus station like any other day.
I was running as fast as I could to catch the bus which shows up at 12:00 A.M. at 11:59 I checked my phone for the traffic lights are telling me to stop, when I was crossing the road my phone rang in the middle of the street. Then I checked why it did it said Happy Birthday!!
After I had put away my phone, a bus was about to run me over. My life had been flashing through my eyes, telling me I had done nothing important that would make anyone remember me.
I was lying on the road covered in blood and then I heard a voice a gentle voice. I heard someone asking me do you regret dying.
I had answered with all my heart and said yes I do, it asked again would you wish you were alive again.
"Yes, I wish I was alive again I answered again."
The voice asked me strongly this time would you like to be reincarnated but in another world while carrying the burden of protecting the next world even if you have to live for all eternity?
Yes!! I will do anything to live again.
A bright light had burned my eyes and when I could see again I was in a different place.
My body was normal I could do everything I usually could, I saw a lady in front of me she looked so beautiful, her hair was colored purple and her eyes were as blue as diamond.
I had asked the lady are you an angel?
She answered I am no angel for I am a Goddess. What's your name Goddess?
It is rude to ask someone's name before telling them your own, but your name would change after you are back in the mortal realm, so I will tell you mine I am a Goddess named Runa, a Goddess which grants wishes.
Wowww.. I couldn't hide my amazement, can I ask what kind of world I will be transferred to?
The world you will be living in is a world with magic, demons, monsters, gods, dragons, and obviously other races like humans.
You may wish for anything you want to obtain on your next life. May I ask two conditions? Yes you may.
1. I wish for infinite power ,wait no I wish for infinite Mana.
Infinite mana you mean the ability to use magic for a whole day without running out of them as you wish it shall be granted.
2. I wish to take you with me to the mortal realm so that I have a companion I can depend on.
Then it shall be granted but is being companions just enough for you or maybe you want to go even deeper.
Well then shall we depart for our next life.
Yes let us live once again to save the world.
