 𝐄𝐔𝐑𝐘𝐃𝐈𝐂𝐄 𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐎𝐃 𝐎𝐔𝐓𝐒𝐈𝐃𝐄 the Cullen home as Alice got together Bella's party. Eurydice was the only Kane there due to Newt immediately saying he didn't want to be there and he had some homework. The curly haired brunette realized something in that moment, when anyone died they became under the control of the children of Hades as well as Hades and Persephone. Vampires were dead and vampires who were killed were deader. Eurydice's eyes narrowed as she noticed a hazy figure of a ghost appear in front of her before she froze at the familiar blonde ponytail and sadistic smile. The brunette's heart rate picked up as she gripped the ends of her gold dress.

"It's you." James growled as he walked to Eurydice making her walk back into a tree as he tried to grab her but went through her. "What have you done to me?!" He demanded.

"You are dead." Eurydice managed to get out as her blue eyes flashed with fear before going steel. "You can't hurt anyone anymore." She sneered.

"I may not be able too but she can." James smirked as he started to circle the girl.

"We'll see." Eurydice watched him carefully as she let her hands turn black, "Now back to the Underworld I go until I need you." She waved her hands and he disappeared.

Eurydice controlled her fear that she refused to show as Rosalie walked out and stared her down. "Eurydice, I heard you.. Who were you talking to?" She questioned and heard the fast beating of the girl's heart.

"A ghost of the past." Eurydice said as she squeezed her eyes shut tightly before she hooked arms with Rosalie. "Let's be late. I have an excuse."

"We are already late." Rosalie let out a small laugh.

"Good!" Eurydice pulled Rosalie in the door as everyone greeted Bella, "They say good things take time ... that's why I'm always late." The girl announced as she sent smiles.

"I like Eurydice on her period better than normal Eurydice. She's cocky." Emmett joked and Rosalie gave him a warning look before the poor bear had a high heel hitting his head hard.

"Hey!" Emmett picked up the now broken heel. "I regret saying that now."

"Back to the birthday!" Eurydice announced as she joined Jasper's side while Alice bounced around.

𝐆𝐈𝐅𝐓𝐒 𝐖𝐄𝐑𝐄 𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐄𝐃 around to Bella as Eurydice stood by Jasper. Eurydice was trying not to shift so much as she started feeling bad, not just sick bad but bad feeling bad. Her focus was shifting a lot more now than it had been previously. The girl didn't pay much attention and kept messing with her dress before the room went silent after Bella winced. Eurydice sucked in a breath as she clenched her jaw.

"Ow. Paper cut." Bella played it off but the tension started.

"Jasper.." Eurydice trailed off but moved out of his way so he wouldn't hurt her on accident and blame himself.

𝐀𝐒 𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐄𝐘𝐄𝐒 shifted to where Eurydice and Jasper stood Edward threw Bella back into the wall and she broke a glass vase making Eurydice cover her mouth as Jasper ran forward only to get thrown back into the piano which broke. He ran forward once he got to his feet and ducked under Carlisle's arms before Emmett managed to get a hold on him. Alice was quick to get over to Jasper trying to calm him as Eurydice went to clean up the mess of a human but Bella shoved her away. Eurydice didn't try to fight to help her as she felt sick to her stomach. Eurydice looked over at the group of vampires trying to calm Jasper who's eyes were flickering between Alice, Eurydice, and Isabella Swan.

"It's just a little... blood." Alice trailed off as all eyes went to Bella who was covered in a lot more than a little blood.

"Get Jasper out of here." Carlisle ordered as he sped to Bella and sighed, "I'll have to stitch this up in my office. Go check on Jasper, I'm sure he is very upset with himself and doubt that he'll listen to anyone but you right now. Edward," Carlisle spoke to Edward.

𝐅𝐄𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐎𝐅 place Eurydice made her way up the stairs and out one of the doors not bothering to stop for anyone as she continued walking. She felt bile fill her throat before she crouched down and quickly grabbed her hair as she started throwing up. She let out a small groan before she wiped her mouth and looked at the sky. She wanted to tell herself that everything would be okay but even she was not sure of that. Eurydice refused to cry as she sat in the dirt not caring if her dress got dirty or not. Unaware of the gazes that rested on her as she sat there before a ghost materialized in front of her.

"Go away." Eurydice growled as her eyes narrowed.

"Is the little mortal sad?" James taunted as he stood in front of her. "I wonder if you will live up to your namesake." His voice came out in a horrifying whisper. "What a shame it would be for both Eurydice's to lie in the same fate."

"Fuck you!" Eurydice yelled as she balled her fists as she got off of the ground.

"Goodbyeeee," James disappeared and Eurydice let out a hiss.

𝐄𝐔𝐑𝐘𝐃𝐈𝐂𝐄 𝐃𝐈𝐃 𝐍𝐎𝐓 waste a moment before she dissolved into the shadows and made her way home. She pushed herself into the light of her home and saw her brother on the couch who stood up when he noticed her glossy eyes. Newt didn't ask questions as he embraced her in a tight hug. Holding his sister close. The twins held onto one another as the youngest of the two recollected herself.
