Chapter 14: Taking the bait like a greedy fool

"Is Kacchan into girls or guys?!"

That was the first thought that Izuku had when he saw the two male game characters kissing on the screen. If Katsuki is into girls, there's no hope for Izuku to be in a romantic relationship with him unless he pray really hard that he'll be born as a girl in his next life. But if Katsuki is into guys, that means Izuku has a chance right? Even if he has the chance... can he win against those godly handsome 2D guys?!

Still, this situation is rather awkward.

Izuku never thought that the 'walking into the room that was unlock at the wrong timing' cliché would happen to him. With him staring at the trio and them staring right back at him... it's like he caught them doing something bad and they are at loss of how they should explain it.

Whatever it is, the mood is way too awkward for him and it's the best that he leave right now and let them continue their 'fun'.

"Um... s-sorry for interrupting you guys..." Izuku said, slowly closing the door. Before he can fully close the door, he heard the sound of a heavy footsteps rushing towards him. To his horror, a hand grabbed onto the door handle on the other side, trying to force it open.

"Deku, you bastard! Why are you running away?!" Katsuki shouted from the other side of the door.

Izuku nearly scream when he saw Katsuki glaring at him with a look that could kill through the small gap. While Katsuki is trying to force the door open, Izuku is doing the opposite of it. Oh god, the blond looks so pissed and is all ready to release his wrath on him.

On the other hand, Katsuki is desperate. He knew that he need to do some explanation but to be honest, he has no idea what he should say! All he knows is that he cannot let Izuku get away right now! There's no doubt that Izuku must have thought that he's into guys! Katsuki is fine with letting Izuku know that he's not into girls. But letting Izuku know about the BL game that he's using for his 'study'? That would be a big HELL NO! Izuku doesn't need to know that Katsuki is a complete idiot when it comes to romance!

"Wait! You stupid piece of shit! This is not whatever you're fucking thinking!"

"I-it's fine, Kacchan! I won't judge or look at you differently because of this!"

"You fucking liar! That's not what you're thinking at all!"

From the side, both Kaminari and Kirishima was left speechless as they watches the mangaka and the assistant pulling at the door handle with a strength that should have broken it by now. Damn, are door handles supposed to be this sturdy nowadays?

"What kind of a tug-o-war is this?" Kirishima asked, not really expecting any answer from anyone.

"This is for character study, you dumb fuck!" Katsuki shouted, causing Izuku to stop pulling the door and stares at him with a shocked expression that clearly says, 'what kind of character are you trying to study?'

"Idiot! There's no way that Midoriya is going to believe that!" Kaminari whispered.

"What... kind of new character are you going to make?" Izuku asked, letting go of the door handle and allowing Katsuki to fully open it.

The trio flinched at the difficult question that was thrown at them without warning. While it's true that they are planning to make Tomoda their new character for Lost Paradise, it's not going to match with what Izuku saw on the fucking screen!

Tomoda is like a matchmaking god while the two game characters on the screen are just purely gay for each other! There's no way that Katsuki can sacrifice Tomoda and turn him into a gay character just to save his own ass!
