Chapter 35: Kaminari is confused

Todoroki rested his elbows on the table and place his chin on his linked fingers, staring at the blank piece of paper on the table. For the first time ever since Todoroki started to work as a mangaka, he's stuck on a plot.

The chapter about Izumi's birthday brought him some time to think of a new plot for the new characters but his head remain empty. He has been trying to look for a better models for his characters but so far he found none. If he can't find the models, he won't be able to gather ideas for the characters.

Alright, today he shall go out to find the perfect models. And if Todoroki couldn't find a better model, he'll have to use the characters that he based off on Kirishima and Kaminari. Even if those two are not in a relationship and it will take a lot of imagination to picture the two characters in love.

Then, his phone receive a new message from Izuku.

[Midoriya: Are you free right now Todoroki-kun? There's something I need to ask you.]

[Todoroki: What is it?]

[Midoriya: What should I do in order to get unwanted attentions away from Kacchan?]

Oh, Izuku must be talking about what happened at the beach. He must have been upset that he's clueless on what he should do during that time. Todoroki won't blame Izuku for feeling that way. After all, other people are hitting on his boyfriend and Izuku should be the one to stop it instead of someone else.

[Todoroki: It would be difficult for me to explain in message.]

[Todoroki: Do you want to meet up?]

[Midoriya: Sure!]

[Todoroki: Then let's meet at the café near our school.]

[Midoriya: Okay! See you soon!]

Meanwhile, at a certain movie theater...

"Alright! I brought the movie tickets!" Kaminari exclaimed in excitement as he throw his hands up into the air.

"And now we can finally get to see the movie that we've waiting for!" Kirishima grinned. To be honest, he would like to do the same thing as Kaminari to show his excitement but with him holding the drinks and popcorns, that wouldn't be a wise idea.

"Thank goodness we rush here after school. If we were to come a few minutes late, all the best seats will be taken."

"That's true."

"The movie is about to start soon so let's go in."

"Yeah!" Kirishima beamed.

Seeing that sunshine-like smile, Kaminari was stunned. That smile was just like a child that was given a chance to buy the toy he wanted, so innocent and pure. And to Kaminari... that smile was brighter than his future!

"Kaminari? What's wrong?" Kirishima asked after seeing how Kaminari stare at him like he has been frozen in time. Kirishima rise a brow at Kaminari's odd behavior as it was kind of weird for him to be spacing out in the middle of a conversion.

"Kaminari?" Kirishima called out again.

Kaminari blinked and smiled nervously. "A-ah, it's nothing! I was thinking about something!"

"What are you thinking about?"

"Eh? Um... I was thinking about..."

"About?"

"About how I should give spoiler to those who haven't watch the movie!"

"Dude... why would you want to do such thing?"
