CHAN'S POV

It was 11:30am by the time Chan had finished at JYP. They had a free day, but they all decided to get together early to go over the choreo for District 9.

Chan was getting really nervous, but also really excited, as their debut was the following month.

He had made plans to go out with Joohyun straight after practice because they hadn't seen each other in a while.

"Bye guys, I'm gonna head out! Joohyun is waiting for me," Chan called to the boys who were sprawled out on the wooden floor.

"Okay," they said.

Chan walked out, leaving the boys alone.

"I freaking hate that girl," Felix mumbled.

"Can we go somewhere nearby?" said Joohyun, who had just joined Chan. "My feet hurt."

"Sure."

It didn't take them long before they reached the precious coffee shop. They walked inside, the bell alerting staff of their entrance.

Chan removed his hand from Joohyun's as he saw Jungha and Jennie seated not so far away. Jennie, sensing Jungha's change of mood looked in the direction of her friend's eyes, only to be met with the disappointing sight of Joohyun. And Chan, of course.

"Oh look! It's Jungha! Let's go sit next to them, Chan,"

Chan followed Joohyun to their table, pulling out a chair for himself and the girl.

"So," said Joohyun. "What've you been up to?" she pointed towards Jungha's arm, which was very obviously in a cast.

"Well, um," Jungha hesitated, looking at Jennie desperately.

"She fell off her bicycle after school," Jennie interrupted.

Joohyun smirked, while Jungha silently thanked Jennie.

Chan didn't understand.

If he found Jungha in a corner of the street in the late evening, no bicycle evident, how could she have fallen off a bike after school?

He brushed the thought away.

"Do you want me to sign it for you?" he asked, motioning towards her arm, before showing off his dimples in a goofy smile.

Jungha smiled before muttering a 'yes please'.

"Joohyun, you have your bag with you, right? Can you get a marker for me?" Chan asked.

"I don't think I have one in there."

"I saw your pencil case when you gave my hoodie back," Chan continued. "Maybe its in there."

"It's not."

"Joohyun, just let me check! I'm sure there's something we can use." Chan argued.

"I don't have anything in there."

Chan huffed and picked up the bag.
