Soon, practice was over. Jungha was sat in the corner of the room, still observing the boys' routines.
She had formed bonds with all of the boys, which made her extremely happy and excited. She'd never made this many friends at once.
"Can I walk you home?" asked Chan, tilting his head.
Jungha shook her head lightly. "I'll be fine, thanks. I have to go talk to my dance teacher now anyways."
"Okay. I'm gonna go grab something from the vending machine, guys, then I'll head home," explained Chan.
The boys said goodbye and she left the room with just a jersey in her hand.
2 corridors down was her dance room. She wasn't sure if Mina would be in it at that late time, but she decided to check.
Jungha quickly knocked on the door to alert whoever was in it of her presence.
She opened the door, to see Mina and Joohyun, sweat dripping down their foreheads only to be stopped at the sides by their dark strands, drinking some water from plastic bottles.
"Jungha!" Mina smiled. "I heard about your arm from Joohyun," she tilted her head while frowning a bit.
"Oh, yeah, it's nothing," she assured. "I was just wondering if I could schedule one or two solo lessons with you to catch up on what I've missed."
She glanced over at Joohyun, who was staring at the conversation with her beady eyes. Jungha looked away as Mina started to talk.
"Yeah, sure! Just tell me the days you're free and I'll give you my schedule sometime too," Mina, once again glanced at her watch, and realising that she was late yet again to another group practice sprinted out the door after hurriedly asking the girls to lock up.
Now, it was just the two girls in the room.
Jungha stood in the centre, the awkward silence strangling her.
She cleared her throat, "I'll lock up," her voice was weaker than she'd wanted it to be, but she couldn't help it. For nearly a week, Joohyun hadn't laid a hand on her.
She slowly walked towards the quivering girl, cracking her knuckles with a smile.
Without warning she swung her fist at Jungha, knocking her across the cheekbone.
Jungha fell down but immediately shook her head to clear it and got back up. For a split second, she hesitated, but swung back with her not-broken arm at lightning speed.
Now, Joohyun was the one clutching the side of her face in pain on the floor. Jungha felt powerful, so she kept hitting.
Again and again, Jungha brought her fist down on the now helpless girl's body. The sound of bone against skin repeatedly filled the bare practice room but was interrupted by the door opening.
Jungha was still punching when she heard screams behind her and a firm pair of hands gripping her shoulders, stopping her from doing any more damage.
She darted her head up to see Chan leaning over Joohyun. She looked bad. Her hair was matted to the sides of her head with sweat, but so was Junghas. Blood glistened on the corner of her lips, and her cheeks were starting to adopt a dark shade of purple.
Chan abruptly turned around snapping the frantic girl out of her thoughts.
His face was...confusing. It was as if God took every negative emotion and chucked it on Chan's face.
Quickly, he turned away and took out his phone, fumbling while typing in the number owned by the authorities.
Jungha didn't hear what he was saying as her ears replaced his voice with a ringing sound. Her face was wet with tears and sweat. She moved away, still on her knees, with her head in her hands.
Eventually, Chan put his phone down, Joohyun laying in his lap, her breathing uneven.
Slowly, he placed her body on the floor. He walked towards Jungha and opened his mouth.
"What is wrong with you? "
The quietness of his voice scared the girl. She didn't know what to say, yet she still muttered something incoherent.
"Chan I- I-"
Chan laughed, before shaking his head and screaming, "YOU CANT EVEN FREAKING TELL ME WHY YOU DID IT."
Soft sobs came out the girl's mouth. She was hurt. And disgusted at herself.
"I'm sorry," she whispered.
"No, no. What you are is a freaking maniac. YOU'RE A DAMN PSYCHOPATH." Tears made its way down Chan's face too, eventually. "When this is over, and Joohyun is actually okay, I don't want to see you. Ever again. Don't come near me, and don't you dare lay one of your dirty hands on her.
" Chan please, I-" Jungha's desperate words were inturrupted by the sound of an ambulance outside the building.

Jungha was in the police station. She would be kept in a cell overnight and get a fine, which would definately put a dent in her inheritance fees.
Joohyun was currently being kept in the hospital for 2 days to get her health back up to par.
A/N: Im just gonna time skip to when she's released bc idk what it's like being in a cell overnight🤠

It was Monday. Jungha was back in her house. Her cheek hurt a bit from Joohyun's power-punch, but it was getting better.
Jungha had to get back to school the following day, but she was taking a desperate day off.
She flopped on her bed a split second before she burst into tears. Everything was too much to take, honestly. She found it hard to handle, but she would make it out.
She pulled her phone out and dialed Jennie's number. 3 rings and she picked up.
"Hello?" Jennie's cheerful voice echoed through the phone.
"Jennie," Jungha choked out.
"Whats wrong?" The genuine concern emmited from the young girl's voice was comforting.
"Please- come over." Jungha sobbed. She took a deep breath. "That's if- if you aren't busy."
There was some rushing about on the other line, but soon enough Jennie's voice rang through again.
"No, no I'm coming over. I'll be there in 5. Hang on, okay?"
And with that, the line went dead.
