Chapter 2

Y/N's P.o.v.

It seemed as I regained consciousness when I realized that me and Eevee were falling from the sky and onto the ground. I had caught Eevee and with enough time, I retreated him back to his pokeball. I had put his pokeball away when I had then hit the ground and I had hit my head so hard that I had blacked out once again. My head throbbed as I thought I heard rustling leaves as I had lost my consciousness.

Lin Chung's P.o.v.

I was just sitting there, waiting for the tiny shoots to grow as I sat there with patience. Soon as the shoots began to grow, I had picked them off and and smiled. "Thank you for growing little shoots," I had said with gratitude in my voice, and I then jumped back on my turtle and began to go back to my fort to everyone else where they were waiting for me, when all of a sudden,

"AAAAAAAHHHHHH!"

I heard a loud piercing scream not too far away from where I was. It sounded like a young girl, and I immediately turned my head and got off my turtle. "Someone's in trouble!" I had said to myself in shock and worry.

I began to run as fast as I could to where the screaming was located, and I then heard a loud thud that made me want to cringe. God, that had to hurt, I thought as I continued to run, and I had finally got to where the person had screamed and fell.

"Is anybody there? I heard a scream!" I said and looked around. I had finally seen what had happened.

There was a girl that I had never seen before in my life; she looked rather pretty, and she was wearing a hat and clothes I had never seen before that anybody had sold around here. She had to be a young adult at best, and she was unconscious but was breathing.

She must not be from around here, I thought to myself, and walked closer around her. I noticed she had a bag, and something strange had fallen out of it. I picked it up and examined it; I was fascinated by how it looked and wanted to know it's purpose, what was it for? It had really sunk into my mind that this particular girl wasn't from her at all, she was from a different place. I began to place the ball back into her bag, when all of a sudden the ball had opened, and I jumped back with my bamboo shooter in defense mode, wondering what would happen.

The ball had opened and out came a creature who's fur was silver and white, and it had a rather big furry tail and long ears. It had seemed to turn around and had looked at me with its big brown eyes, and instantly looked at the girl. This has to be an creature, I said to myself. Just not one from here either. The creature had immediately began to growl and got in it's defense mode as it growled at me. I didn't know what was wrong but then realized that it must have thought I had hurt the girl. I then dropped my bamboo shooter and I had slowly got one knee onto the ground to the creature's level. It growled even more, and was bearing its teeth at me. I then gently raised my hand. "Don't worry, I'm not going to hurt you, little one," I said to it, and it then stepped back a bit, and it's growl slowly subsided.

"Don't worry, small one. I'm not your enemy, and I didn't hurt your owner. I am your friend, and I promise I will help you."

Slowly and a bit hesitantly but not visible, I placed my hand onto its head and pet the little creature. It first cringed, but then when I showed it my hand, it slowly sniffed it and then slowly placed it's head to my hand as I continued to pet it. It made little cute noises as I smiled and it's happy little face stared at me.

"Eeveee!" It said as its cheerful little voice made me smile as it sat in my lap as I still continued to pet it. I then looked at the girl again. The creature had looked at it again and then jumped off my lap and got close to her. It then looked at me with sad eyes as I picked up the girl and her bag. I took the pokeball of where the creature came out of and placed it back into the bag.

"C'mon,little one," I said to the creature as it looked at me. "I'll help your owner and you. Follow me," I said as I got on my turtle as it jumped on my shoulder as we took off on my turtle as fast as we could.
