Chapter 23

You had awoken to a place where you were not familiar from. You had ropes tied around you, and were completely confused. You didn't know where you were. You then saw two Zebras arguing with each other as you let out a word. "Uh..."

The two then immediately stopped fighting at once when they heard your voice and knew you were awake. They both ran over to you in a bit of worry and excitement. You didn't know what to say.

"You must be exhausted and thirsty. Here, I'll get you some water!" The Grey Zebra then ran off to do that, and The Dark Zebra stared at you.
"Sorry about this...but Master High Roller has noticed you and your amazing powers to tame animals. He wanted you to come here so you could talk with him. And we don't want you to run away, so that's why we tied you up. I didn't like this idea, but it was the only way to bring you here," He explains as you could hear the other Zebra coming back with the water.

Wait...High Roller?! Wasn't he the one that Lin's been talking to me about for almost two months? The one that caused chaos and confusion with the animals against humans?! You thought to yourself.

The Grey Zebra had brought the water, but you politely refused. You didn't feel thirsty, you felt confused than tired, really. You wanted to get away instead of being here. Anywhere but here would've been better. You were about to ask a question to one of The Zebra Brothers but then a voice had yelled out, "UNTIE HER AT ONCE, YOU IMBECILES!"

At with that the Dark Zebra and Grey Zebra had untied you from the tight ropes and you felt a relief as you were no longer tied up and captured. You stood up and saw a man wearing a blue robe with a black small hat.
He stared at you with a grin and evil expression as he walked over to you.

This person has to be Master High Roller, you thought to yourself. He then bowed to you as he said, "Lovely Lady, I am Master High Roller. I am the King of an empire, and I would most certainly love to discuss it with you outside."

He then opened the door for you and the two of you walked out the door together as you two took a stroll around the Castle.

You felt like you couldn't trust this guy. He looked and already sounded like bad news, but you knew that if you ran away, it would be over in a flash. You would back in those ropes once again, and your beloved Pokémon would be separated from you. You clutched your bag tightly, not wanting to know the result of trying to run. It seemed like laying low was better for now.

High Roller stared at you with a smile. You felt a bit uneasy about the way he smiles at you. It was overwhelming. What does he want to talk about?

High Roller's P.o.v.

I stared at this lass's beautiful face. I smiled at her. She seemed so kind, and big hearted. She can tame animals, make them become her friends and treat them as her own, and she's strong. Very strong. You know.... I've always wanted a beautiful Queen to be by my side, so why not offer her the deal? Join my empire, become stronger, and my Victorious Queen.

"(Y/N).....there are things that you don't know about Big Green that they try to hide....they think that they can blind you by saying that they are wanting peace and friendship with animals, and that they're kind and generous, but really, they are nothing but traitorous liars who only like to manipulate the others so they can stab them in the back with betrayal and evil. They like to lie about becoming your friend and think that they love and care about you, but soon they'll leave you all alone to parish, in this already cruel, hurting, despairing world."

I then took her hand. "So please- become my Queen. Take my word and join my victorious empire. You will be much more happier here then you ever will be with those Big Green Members and their lies they tell you."

(Y/N)'S P.o.v.

I was shocked at how he knew my name. I felt slightly queasy and very disgusted. It was as if he was trying to marry me! He basically pretty much proposed to me! I also wasn't feeling his lies, either. My gut tells otherwise. I then took my hand away as I walked back.

"I...I'm sorry...but I cannot accept your offer. Big Green is my family, and my heart- it's already been taken by someone in that Team."
My heart skipped a beat happily as I thought of Lin Chung.

"And...I know you mean extremely well, but with all due respect, Your Highness, I cannot accept your offer. I just...don't think it'll work out. We are so very much different, with very much different dreams and worlds that we want and live in. I can't accept this offer your giving me. I just can't. I'm sorry."

I then began to walk away, but he snapped his fingers and the Zebra brothers took me by my arms and High Roller had an angry frustrated look on his face, and said, "Put her back in those ropes. And take her bag from her, too! I don't need her to escape on me anymore!"

Mighty Ray's P.o.v.

We were all out on the move for (Y/N). We all know where she could be, since I saw the Zebras take her. There's no way around it where she could possibly be. We all went straight to the castle of High Roller. He's keeping her captive. No doubt about it. I just can't believe I let this happen. What if he's hurting her? Or trying to turn her Pokémon against her?

My hand were clenched as I rode on my turtle. I was feeling angrier than ever. I wanted to electrify and zap him to make him pay for taking (Y/N) from me. He will have the most heated battle that he will ever have from us, for kidnapping our teammate. It was one thing when Lin Chung got her all to herself, but High Roller getting involved with her?! Not on my watch!

I was so angry I left behind steam from my ears, and my face was red. Everyone noticed how mad I was, and my turtle tried to avoid eye contact with me in case if I blew off at him.
No one decided to say anything to me. I didn't blame them. I'm not going to hold back when I see High Roller.

Lin Chung's P.o.v.

I've never seen Mighty Ray so angry before. What's bothering him? But I can't blame him. I'm upset too. But I can't show it. I must be calm. We're going to find (Y/N) and make it right. High Roller's going to pay for his actions. As soon as we got there, we saw the Zebra Brothers upstairs through the window, and the guards blocked us. I sighed of frustration and annoyance. We needed to come up with a plan and fast. For I fear that (Y/N) could be forced to do things that might upset her.

(Y/N)'s P.o.v.

I watched as High Roller went through my bag. It made me feel sick, because I absolutely despise it when people I don't know take my things without my consent. I would've yelled at him but I decided to just shut up and deal with it, otherwise that could possibly make it worse. I felt anger pump through my veins as I watched him take out Eevee's pokeball, and laughed once he figured out how to get him out of there.

Eevee then looked around, saw me tied up, the Zebra Brothers, and then faced High Roller as he had a smirk on his face. He chuckled darkly as Eevee took a few steps back and growled. This wasn't going to be good....
