you were the new greenie. gally did not like you, and you didn't like him. he threw you in the slammer, for no reason at all. newt saw that you had not done anything to be put there, he was watching the whole time. when gally has left, newt cane over to you. you saw him and wiped away the tear, falling from your eye.
"grab my hand, i'll pull you out." he says smiling at you. you grabbed his strong hand, and he pulled you out with ease. he laid you down on with grass, and you showed him all of the cuts and bruises gally had given you.
you told him about your abusive relationship with gally, and how he threw you into the slammer because you broke up with him. newt was shocked, he didn't know that gally was such a bad person.
"don't worry love," newt said making you blush,
"i think gally and i will be having a little chat." you giggled,
"thank you, newt, i've always liked you, more than friends. but with my relationship with gally, i could never tell you." you say, your face turning red, as you realise that you just admitted your feelings for newt. you blush.
"i like you too," he smiles, "so now i am your permanent body guard. i will protect you at all times. i promise."
