"hello? boss?"

taeyong was worried. doyoung never calls him outside of work. and now that no one was answering back made him feel uneasy.

"doyoung? are you alright? i can't hear you."

doyoung came back to reality after hearing taeyong's alarmed voice. doyoung let out a shaky breathe and tried to speak but he couldn't. the only thing he was thinking of was taeil's whereabouts and if he was doing fine.

"doyoung! are you alright?"

taeyong was screaming into his phone at this point. he could only hear the shaky breathes of his boss. taeyong was about to yell into his phone again but doyoung spoke in a soft whisper.

"taeyong. please help me. they took him."

taeyong was appalled. who is did they take? who was taken? so many questions were floating around his mind. with all these thoughts he got off his bed and grabbed his keys. he turned back to his bed and shook the male laying on it.

"jaehyun. doyoung needs out help."

taeyong knew where doyoung lived. so getting there was easy. getting into his house, however, was another story.

after knocking on the door for what felt the millionth time, taeyong grew more worried. "jae why isn't he answering? is he in trouble?" jaehyun tried his best to calm down the worried male. "maybe he can't hear us. let me try knocking."

jaehyun got close to the door and was about to knock when he noticed that it wasn't locked. he pointing it out and taeyong gasped. nothing happened to doyoung, right? jaehyun twisted he doorknob and was greeted with a normal looking home.

with unsteady heartbeats, they entered the home. jaehyun was uneasy going into his home, not only because he didn't know doyoung well, but because he didn't know what they would find.

taeyong lead the way. he knew where to go since he had been there a few times. he first checked the kitchen and the living room, which were empty. he entered the guest rooms and the bathrooms to only find no doyoung.

taeyong was shaking when they made it to doyoung's bedroom door. as a matter of fact, both of them were shaking. jaehyun took lead, grabbing the doorknob and twisting. they were greeted with a passed out doyoung that was holding a paper tightly against his chest.

"doyoung!" taeyong screeched and ran towards his boss with an anxious jaehyun following closely behind. they both moved doyoung around in hopes of waking him up. after about 5 minutes of trying to wake him up, doyoung started to stir around.

doyoung opened his eyes slowly and took in his surroundings. then he jumped up and started to look around his room like a madman. "taeil! taeil! where is he?" this caused taeyong and jaehyun to look at each other in confusion.

"doyoung calm down! who is taeil and where is he?" they tried to calm him down but he yells would only get louder. taeyong couldn't take it anymore. he would regret this later but he needed to snap taeil out of his trance.

he lifted up his hand and swung it towards doyoung's face. "doyoung! get it together and let us know what the fuck is going on!" the room got silent. doyoung was taken aback at taeyong's actions but didn't really mind. how else was he supposed to snap out of it?

"they took taeil. i don't know where to but all i know is that his father took him. he wrote this letter." doyoung passed the letter to taeyong and fiddled with his fingers. he was beyond nervous and couldn't really think straight.

"he stopped at the part that would have been necessary." taeyong squinted his eyes as he thought of what he could do. jaehyun took the paper from taeyong and read it over and over again.

"do you have a computer i could use?" doyoung and taeyong looked at jaehyun in confusion. "i can help ok? my past isn't a great one so i know how to deal with this. just give me a computer." taeyong and doyoung looked at each other with questioning looks.

the only thing they could do was trust him.

well i'm trying to keep this running as quickly as possible. also sorry this chapter dragged i honestly want to keep this but at the same time i want to finish this book so i'm just throwing fillers and random stuff 😔
