1 Week Later
Mina and Taehyung were walking to the coffee shop down the street from their college, hand in hand with large smiles on their faces. They had to endure many disapproving states at the public skinship but they didn't see what was wrong with showing that they cared for each other.

Once they had received their coffee and were sat in a booth, Mina and Taehyung began to discuss the huge party that was going on at one of the frat houses. It wasn't abnormal for parties to be thrown in the many frat houses on campus but apparently this was a special one as football season was starting soon.

"Are you going?" Mina asked while stirring a small sachet of sugar into her espresso, momentarily looking up at Taehyung. She wanted to go with him as she hadn't gone last year but wasn't going to go without him.

Taehyung was thinking about last years party and the events that had occurred while he attended. He was reminded that it was that night that he cheated on the weird girl that spoke another language. Actually, he was pretty sure he had cheated on her twice that night.

He grimaced at the memories and was glad that he had changed,

He seemed to be deep in thought while looking just past her, not even moving an inch when Mina talked. She snapped her fingers together in front of his face, bringing him back from wherever he was and into reality.

"I'm sorry Jagiya, what were you saying?" Taehyung asked after clearing his throat and completely focusing his attention on Mina. He felt guilty for thinking about that girl while he was with Mina but all of the memories were being dug back up.

Mina giggles softly and placed her spoon down, collecting her thoughts before speaking. She didn't want to sound pathetic or like a wimp as she knew that Taehyung liked confident girls.

"I was saying, are you going to that party tonight? I would go with you but if not we can just go to my dorm." She said while blushing, trying hard to concentrate on her coffee and not Taehyung. Her nerves always got the best of her in moments like these and she hated it very much.

"I'm not going to that party but i can't hang out either. The guys want me to go over tonight i'm sorry." He mumbled softly while looking down at his coffee so that he wouldn't have to witness the forlorn look on Mina's face.

He hates disappointing her

Again, Taehyung didn't know why but he had lied to his precious Mina again. He was planning to go to that party and his friends had advised him not to for some reason.

"Oh that's fine...can I hang out with you all?" Mina said hesitantly while looking up at him through her eyelashes.

"NO! I-I mean...there won't be any other girls there Mina so it would be awkward for you." Taehyung quickly rambled, concentrating even harder on the detail of his cup.

Red, shiny paper with a golden coffee cup in the middle. Nothing really interesting but Taehyung would rather examine that then Mina.

He was trying hard to keep a nuetral tone and facial expression while explaining, his hands were softly shaking as he panicked. Mina knew how to tell when Taehyung was lying and she saw the signs but chose to ignore them.

As innocent and trusting as Mina was, she accepted his explanation and smiled softly.
