We quickly dash out of our past selves' sight and into the nearest bush as they stare into the empty air we were just in blankly.

"Alright, Luna use your telekinesis!" I whispered to her.

She nodded curtly and closed her eyes to focus. At first, nothing happened and then Skylar's satchel came flying over and into my snout.

"Let's get out of here now! And I think I've had enough time trips," I said quickly before starting to run out of the forest with Skylar and Luna on my tail.

Sure the sweet smell and the comfortable dew tickled and enticed my fur but when I have to deal with time remnants, time trips, time anything I feel that's when I should run. Maybe calling this the Hraic Forests might be good.

*~*~*~*~*

After a while, we finally came out of the forest. I could still see the spectral path but it was getting weaker and weaker as we followed it. Until it just disappeared after going straight up.

"Skylar? Since when could pocket dragons fly up into the atmosphere?" I ask while staring up at Nig's last position.

"They couldn't and can't," she replied and all of our faces dimmed.

"Then I think our trail ends here..."

"How what are we supposed to say when we get back!? The trail was supposed to lead us to our partners and friends!" Luna cried in frustration.

"I don't know Luna!" I snap angrily and then bite my tongue, It's not her fault you idiot.

Luna had taken a step back and her ears were dipped down in guilt. Wow, Sylvester. Smooth.

"Sorry for snapping. It's not your fault," I say quickly after.

"I-it's fine. I shouldn't have been so selfish."

"You aren't being selfish at all Luna. It's all my fault. I sent us on a wild goose chase for nothing. We wasted 4 days on this,"

"Ever heard of not taking the blame you bloke?" Skylar snapped sarcastically.

"Can't say I have. Care to enlighten?" I reply with a laugh.

"Ok, so now what do we do? If the trail ends here and is nowhere near they must have teleported," Luna says after letting out a good laugh.

"Well to teleport somewhere that far in just two day's time would be nearly impossible without any preparation or magic circle..." I start.

"Then they would need to know something that could teleport them instantly..." Skylar adds.

"And will always activate, like a talisman, to ensure the security of said object. Meaning they need something we cannot find so we cannot prevent the other side of the prophecy from occurring. So the perfect thing for that would be the Crystal Tower which has everything about it inscribed in the Tomes of Izeroth," Luna finishes with a smile.

She looks at me and Skylar with a confused look since we were staring at her with hanging jaws.

"What? Us dogs from Soara aren't complete idiots," she says with a laugh.

"Well...then...I'm glad you're with us?" I offered after coming out of a daze.

"Hold on what?!" Skylar asked

"Skylar. Ever heard of the Crystal Tower?" I ask and she nods.

"Is there any way other than the queen to get up to the top of it? Or even locate it for that matter?" I asked again and she shakes her beak.

"The only way that is known in the history of Cerenia to summon the tower is with the magic of one who holds royal blood," she replies slowly.

"Then I guess you better check the Tomes of Izeroth again," Luna says with a bright grin.

"Oh good, you follow!" I said cheerfully and smashed a telepearl against the ground, "To Starhaven"
