So. The incantation is well underway. Skylar isn't entirely high anymore(I think but she acts fairly similar to her usual self). All my fur is now standing up and I've become a giant fluff ball that can't see anything. I'm assuming everything (except my fur) is going normally. Oh, and we have about 2 more days to find the Prophecized Five or we're not gonna have a Prophecized Five and the Queen will pretty much die.

"So what do you think is going to happen? From now on I mean?" I ask Skylar since Luna is concentrating on reciting the incantation. Skylar shrugs and sits on my head.

"I don't really know. Right now I'm focusing on saving our friends and then from then on...I don't know. As long as I get to stay with you guys though I think it'll be alright."

"I guess you're right..." I say with uncertainty.

"What's wrong?" she asks immediately.

"N-nothing!"I stutter, "Nothing at all. Just...thinking..."

"Sylvester..." she says with a bit of a threatening tone, making me sigh.

"I...I'm just worried about the others," I half lie.

"Ok. Believable. But not all of it is it?" she says, looking straight past my lie.

"...I had a flashback...I found out...I have a twin sister somewhere and what my mom looks and smells like,"

"Huh...that's...something I never thought I'd hear you say. Is that why you've been looking at Luna more often?" she asked and I kinda panic.

"What?! No!! I mean...I don't know. She looks a lot like her and they have very similar scents," I say with a flustered tone which definitely has made me blush under my fur.

"Too late. Already think you like her so I'm going to talk to everyone but Luna about it," she jokes and I bat at her with annoyance.

"Don't you dare," I growl.

"Alright fine. I won't tell anyone Sylvie," she teased.

I give her a hard glare and somewhat doubt it but it wasn't one of my most primary worries.

*~*~*~*~*

After a bit, Luna finished chanting and we all walked over to the magic circle which now glowed because it was activated. I have to admit though it kinda gives off this sparkly play dough vibe and it's something I would eat.

But with food thoughts aside, Luna activated the magic circle and then small crystals and stalactites rose from the ground and in a circular formation. They grew and grew off each other like multicolored innocent looking roses.

But. That wasn't the case after aboouuut...3 seconds after the floor became covered with crystal. The now forming crystals rose like snakes that looked towards me with an aura of blood lust and I learned something new that day!

Crystal snake things, love to eat me.

"Why does everything magic hAtE mE?!" I yelp as I barely dodge two of the snakes, which I am calling snakes because I can.

"Why are they only attacking you?" Skylar asked before flying off from her perch on my head.

"Oh, I know. It's not like a summon magic crystal towers every week or so!" I reply sarcastically of course and furthers my belief that I can make any situation dumb.

"Touché," she shot back and landed on the crystal.

"The tower is designed to immediately attack anything they think is to be a threat," Luna shouted over my many MANY screams of distress and panic.

"Oh, well that's just PEACHY! So glad to know that WOLF PREJUDICE existed at the same time as Izeroth!" I scream and get a cut from one of the snakes on my left flank.

"Oh just shut up and focus on dodging!" Skylar snapped with a more worried and distressed tone than an angry one.

"If you manage to last 10 minutes the tower will recognize you as worthy of entering it since the snakes were designed to detect emotions and intent from people summoning it," Luna explains and I groan angrily.

Sure. Dodging blindingly fast crystal snake thingies for ten minutes is easy. Just make sure they don't skewer you first and serve you to the great 12 animal mages.

True to Luna's words the snakes laid off after about ten minutes and I slumped down onto the ground, out of breath.

"Never...summon this tower near me again," I say exhaustively and Skylar and Luna let out a relieved laugh.

"We'll be teleported soon to the top of the tower once the base crystals are finished forming so brace yourselves," Luna says before taking some herbs and treating to the wounds from the snakes.

I allow a small blush as she brushes my fur but nothing else since Skylar began dissolving in a panicked expression. I guess you just don't get unsurprised by dissolving into the air because after Skylar was gone Luna and I began to dissolve and the world went black.

*~*~*~*~*

When my sight returned to me all I could see was a dim light from above and around me. Skylar was closeby on my left and Luna was on my right. But all I could manage to process was...

"All this time? And a flipping badger was behind all of it?!"
