1 Year Later

"Jonathan Good." Jonathan stood up from his seat and made his way up the stairs. He received his diploma and a handshake from the principal. He looked out into the crowd and saw Amanda waving at him. He flashed her a smile before walking off the stage and returning to his seat.

A few students later and it was time. "Now please help me welcome the Woodward High School graduating class of 2004," the principal said and the senior threw their hats up into the air, "Congratulations seniors."

"Hey man we did it," Kyle said, clapping Jonathan on the back, "We're finally free." Jonathan nodded in agreement just before Amanda ran at him and jumped into his arms. "Congratulations," she whispered againt his lips before giving him a quick kiss. "Hey, hey, hey, get a room," Kyle stated. "Shut up," Amanda and Jonathan said in unison before Amanda was set down. Mr. and Mrs. Ramirez came from behind Amanda. "Congratulations son," Mr. Ramirez said, giving Jonathan a handshake. "Thank you sir," Jonathan replied. Isabella sneaked up behind Kyle and jumped on his back. "Sup senior boy," she greeted, giving him a kiss on the cheek. Kyle smile. "Just two years and you'll be in my positions," he told her before she jumped down and went to stand beside Amanda. Slow clapping came from the distance. Lucas came into view with Dylan and Cole trailing behind. "Congratulations Jon," he said sarcastically, "Now let's move on to more important things. When we get home I'm gonna need you to clean the boys' bedroom-" "No," Jonathan said. Lucas seemed taken back. "Excuse me?" "I'm done working for you, by tomorrow I'll be out of the house." Lucas laughed. "Aw that's cute. You're gonna go live with your little girlfried," he said, patting Amanda on the head. Jonathan was ready to launch, but Kyle held him back. "I got my own apartment," Jonathan corrected through clenched teeth, "So good luck cleaning your own crap from now on." "Not only that," Amanda began, "but he's gonna be a big shot, someting you're far from being. You could say he's becoming the man you'll never be." She smirked at Lucas' glare. "What do you know little girl?" he asked, pushing Amanda back. Before Mr. Ramirez could ball his hand into a fist, Amanda slapped Lucas across the face. "Daaaammmmnnn," Kyle said with wide eyes, "Someone's heavy handed." "Bye Lucas," Jonathan said before pulling Amanda away wtih the rest trailing behind.

The Next Day

Amanda was hanging up a picture of Jonathan and her at his graduation as Jonthan came up behind her and wrapped his arms around her waist. They spent all night unpacking and putting things where they needed to be in his new apartment. In just a couple of weeks Jonathan would be wrestling for the HWA and traveling around Ohio. Amanda did her best to hid her crying face from Jonathan. "Aw baby what's wrong?" Jonthan asked. She turned around and sighed. "Everything is changing so fast," she answered, "It seems like yesterday when it was really last summer after my quinceanera that we started. That we took a chance and in a couple of weeks.....you'll be gone." A tear slipped down her cheek. He wiped it away and rested his forehead onto hers. "I won't be gone," he corrected making her roll her eyes. "Becase you're gonna be in my heart blah blah blah and all that other good stuff," she said making him chuckle. "No, because you're coming with," she frowned, "I mean it's summer time so you don't have school just a bunch of hours staying at home and being bored. Why don't you spend those hours traveling with me. I'll introduce you to everyone, it'll be great." Amanda couldn't help the smile that played across her face. Three months traveling with her boyfriend to different cities in Ohio. Just him and her. "Just me and you," he said, "Doesn't that sounds nice?" "Yeah," she replied, "really nice." "Us against the world. Just like we promised," he said, grabbing her hands and giving them a squeeze. "I can't wait," she stated. Her smile faltered as she realized something. "What about the other girls?" she questioned. "What about them?" "I mean girl wrestler are more pretty and everything. I mean look at me." She gestured to herself making Jonathan frown in confusion. "Why are you worried about those girls. Last time I checked, I danced and am currently dating a woman." Amanda playfully narrowed her eyes at Jonathan, but he did have a point. She is a woman. "Those girls aren't competition," he assured, "they're just girls to me. Some of them act like bitches. But you," he smirked, "baby girl you're the whole package and there is nothing in this world that can take you away from me. I," he kissed her forehead, "love," he kissed her cheek, "you," he kissed the side of her neck, "so," he kissed her shoulder, "much." He kissed her lips and let them linger there for a moment. Amanda couldn't help the giggle that came from her. Jonathan lead her to the kitchen and got out two glasses of soda. "How about we make a toast?" he asked and she nodded. "What should we toast to?" she questioned as he handed her a glass. "Let's toast to a new beginning," he said before kissing her again. She smile and raised her glass. "To a new beginning."
