Everyone had a blast on the car ride to Walmart. They sang and danced to songs that they all knew the lyrics to.
They ran around Walmart causing trouble like always. At one point Zack jumped into a container of volleyballs and soccer balls, which cause them all to fall out and cover the floor. At that point the group decided to book it over back to the MUK.
But, on the way, something unusual happened.
"Hey, is something in the middle of the rode?" Colin asked worriedly as Nick was still driving.
The object in the middle of the rode almost didn't look real. It glowed a golden amber glow and as they got closer it got brighter.
"Nah, I'm sure it's nothing," Nick said dismissively.
"No, Nick, I think you need to stop," Isabelle said even more worriedly than Colin.
"Izzy, it's fine I know what I'm doing. It's probably just a piece of scrap metal," Nick said, annoyed that Isabelle was so worried.
Jake seemed oddly at ease with the situation. Colin noticed.
"Jake, can't you back us up on this?"
Jake stayed silent, almost like he was in some sort of trance.
"Nick, seriously just pull over and we can take it off of the road!" Isabelle yelled at Nick, annoyed that he wouldn't remotely listen.
"FINE! JESUS CHRIST IZZY YOU CAN'T JUST TAKE MY WORD ON ONE THING CAN YOU?!" Nick screamed at Izzy as he pulled over.
Everyone immediately became silent, climbing out of the car to get the foreign object. The light emitting from the object was almost blinding as they got up to it.
"What the hell? What is this thing?" Zack asked.
"I don't know," Isabelle said almost to herself as she inspected the odd object.
"Come on, let's all grab a side. I wanna get home," Nick said, still annoyed from the situation that happened in the car.
Each friend grabbed the object, but before they could start carrying it, it exploded and threw everyone in different direction.
"What the-" Zack said.
"Holy shit!" Nick said.
"What the hell?" Isabelle asked.
