*Natalia's PoV*
I waved at Chrissy with a wide smile at the entrance of the company, but my face changed when I saw her. Eyes open... With no life in them.
"Morning. Let's go to work." She said bluntly.
"I would ask you how your weekend went down but your face speaks for itself." I commented walking behind her.
"Don't mention it to the boss and we are cool." She replied with anger.
Wait was she threatening me?!
"Of course I won't. I know when someone is not okay. I'm not stupid." I wasn't going to take her shit. No matter how hurt she was, I fucking matter.
"Fine." She opened the studio door and got in.
I waited at the door, this girl needs some happiness asap... but what could we do... I started thinking about my options when her voice spoke.
"Are you coming in?" She asked turning her table on.
"Actually I'm not in the mood for working right now..." I thought out loud, which clearly got to her. She stood up and walked burning with rage to me.
"Listen to me kid. Don't start acting all diva with me! This isn't work, work is something you must do because you were unlucky. You are playing, pretending to be a singer. I've had enough bullshit on the weekend to put up with your bitch fuss so get in and let's make something work." She spoke with anger.
I smirked. This asshole...
"Fine. Lemme get my guitar real quick." I entered and picked my guitar case and my songbook.
"What the fuck is wrong with you?" She asked.
"We. Are so not working here. You need clean air and that's what I'll give you. Name it bitch move, name it diva complex, but I really don't want to work with someone who is not in the mood for music... So I'll get you in the mood no matter what it takes. And if the boss makes any questions, I have my guitar to write when something comes to mind." I explained walking out.
She let out a sigh and after a second she was running to catch me.
"Fine. What will you do?" She asked opening the door for me.
"I miss home..." I confessed feeling the American air hit my face.
"So what?" She asked.
"We will go and sing on the subway, until I feel more like home." She looked at me as if it were some kind of joke, but when she saw me taking out my metro card her expression changed.
"Is that seriously your plan?" She asked annoyed.
"Yes. And you can join me or go back to the studio and explain the boss why I am not with you or... Why are you with such a hangover. The choice is yours love." I smiled at my threat. She has really thought me how to be a bitch.
"Fine. Let's go." She took her metro card and started walking to the closest station.
Although the station's design was nothing like home's... we managed to get on a wagon and take out my guitar.
"Good morning ladies and gentleman. My name is Natalia and I would like to play some songs to make your trip a little lighter." I presented myself as I would do in Spain.
Then I started singing a simple and very famous song.
Seven nation army.
I swear that if I meet someone who doesn't know this song... I won't be able to look at them in the eye.

Singing while playing standing in the middle of a moving train... Feeling how your music touches the heart of someone you don't know... The feeling like if the train moved in sync with the beat...
I was right. This made me feel like home.
I ended the song and some of the people there clapped and cheered. I did it again. I touched someone's soul. I turned around to look at Chrissy, she was smiling vaguely, but I knew she was happy.
"Do any of you have a song recommendation?" I asked with a wide smile.
A tall man smiled at me and screamed:
"Do you know something of Bruno Mars?"
I smiled and started playing Grenade.

As I reached the chorus I looked at Chrissy, her eyes were feeling with tears. I suppose she is thinking about her girl... It made me sad knowing that a girl so awesome went through so much pain just from fear. If she wants to get better she must fight the girl. Fear is never defeated with running away. And by her tattoo... She should fucking know.

I ended the song and once again the claps from the crowd. I don't understand how some artists decided to leave this behind... There is nothing more magical than playing for strangers. There's no larger challenge then convincing people who don't know you that you are worth listening. I believe that's why I always come back to the metro.
That and because if you do it right, you can get some money from just this.
"So... That was pretty depressing... I'm going to play one last song to cheer us up... Any ideas?" I asked.
I thought of a song that was an American icon years ago.

Party in the USA by Miley Cyrus.

I started playing and some of my listeners screamed when they recognized the melody. I knew this would be a blast at the New York City metro.
I felt a tap on my shoulder, Chrissy looked at me as if she were asking for permission to sing with me. I smiled.
"LADIES AND GENTLEMEN GIVE IT UP FOR CHRISSY!" I screamed and she started singing the chorus.
Then she sang alone until the second chorus where I joined her. And we finished the song together.
The whole wagon clapped their asses off, I guess we did good on that one. We smiled and Chrissy hugged me as if she wanted to thank me for something. I know it was for the awesome time she was having with me.
"Thank you so much guys... This has been so much fun!" I screamed.
"Enjoy the rest of your trip!" Yelled my co-worker.
The wagon stoped and as we got down the people we sang to clapped and cheered.
This has been great.

"That... Was... Something." Said Chrissy after the train left.
"I know right? Did you have fun?" I asked putting my guitar back in it's bag.
"I did... Thank you Nat." She smiled.
"De nada." I said in Spanish.
"What now?" She asked me.
"I wanted to see a movie... Wanna go?" I asked her.
"Sure thing girl!" She smiled and we went to the closest cinema.

*Kate's PoV*
I watched them get off the wagon. I enjoyed the three songs Natalia played, she has this weird energy that makes you listen to her.
But my mind was focused on the girl next to her.
Chrissy... She looked vaguely familiar... Like if she was the remains of someone else.
Her voice... When she started singing... It was the same voice of that Jazmin girl from the band the other night... Jazmin... The singer from a concert...
But Chrissy... Who sang here just being herself... Where have I seen her before...

Holy shit wasn't that the bitch from high school?!

A/N:  filler chapter! I mean... I wanted to add Natalia as a narrator because I knew that if Chrissy told this chapter from her PoV she wouldn't have enjoyed most of it and I wanted a happy chapter :3
Besides I fucking love Natalia (the girl from the picture) and writing from her pov was fun.

HOLY SHIT KATE RECOGNIZED HER!!
