Dear reader(s),

Yes, I have said in the past that I will not be writing anymore entries. But after much consideration and contemplation, I thought perhaps I should just start over. What do I mean by that? Well, I'd like to brush off all of this negativity from my previous journals and just talk about what's happening in my life—a clean slate. So, if you haven't picked up what I mean yet, I plan to make my journals more filled with positivity. Not overly positive and optimistic though. Nobody wants to hear or read any of that (blech!). So without further ado, I'd like to fill you all in on something that I'm currently working on in my life.

It is with my pleasure to announce that I am in the works of writing a book series. Just to break the ice, it's going to be a collection of different genres but they will all be non-fiction. I can't exactly say how my series will be divided because of spoilers, but I will tell you that it will be a mix of action, adventure, fantasy, and science-fiction.

I'm not going to get into too much detail about what the series is about, but here's a quick teaser for the first novel I am writing:

17-year-old Vikki Aldrich lives the simple life in the city of Blackstone, Colorado in the year 3042. With her father as the CEO of a successful car company, a nurturing mother, and an outgoing sister, Victoria could not ask for anything better. However, Vikki's world is turned upside down when one night, she suddenly learns the horrible truth ______ Vikki feels hopeless _______ until one night, a new life comes knocking at her door.

Yes, I meant to censor part of the summary. Why? Well I'm not exactly sure if I would consider the missing pieces spoilers just yet so I tried to make the plot as general as possible, but still leave enough to give you all a little taste.

I know, it's not much to go off of but I assure you all: it's going to be a lot more interesting than it sounds. I won't be posting the series on here though since I'm writing it as an actual novel. It's still currently in early development so unfortunately it will take a while until I'm actually done with it. But nonetheless, it's something I'm very excited for and I hope you will all be too.

Well anyway, that's all I got for this entry. Yea...sorry that this entry was a little short for a reboot. But hey, there's only SO much I can talk about when literally nothing interesting is happening in my life.
