Hey guys,

Wow it's been awhile since I last wrote a journal! Sorry I haven't been lately. I've been busy with school work...and when I'm not there's really nothing to write about because I pretty much have the dullest life ever. But that's not what I came to talk to you guys about! You saw the title! And you want to know what I am talking about for the thanksgiving holiday! Hopefully you haven't forgotten about Thanksgiving and already moved on to Christmas! If so, why? Why would you try to block Thanksgiving out of your life? It's a time to be thankful of what you have! A time to spend a few hours with you're whole family! Don't start on Christmas already! For heavens sake go one holiday at a time! Besides, Thanksgiving has like the best food!

But enough of that. I came here to discuss a certain topic that has always been a bit of a weird one for me. First of all, we all know that one special day where all the stores have tons of items on sale. We all know the chaotic mess that goes on inside of stores like Walmart during this time. We know it as Black Friday. However, there is one specific detail that bothers me quite a lot. Why is Black Friday the day right after thanksgiving? This is somewhat ironic for me...for all of us because the day before, we give thanks to what we have. Next thing we know, we have mobs of people acting like zombies to get all these materialistic things. Doesn't that seem rather strange to you? That one day we're all like "I am thankful for my house, I am thankful for my parents, I am thankful for my friends." Then the next day, we're all like "I want this! I want that!" It's just...it's just so strange for me. Why even celebrate thanksgiving when you are aiming to get the newest up to date computer or tablet? There's no point!

I guess that's why some people forget about thanksgiving and start getting into the Christmas spirit. Not that Christmas is bad, no! I love Christmas! It's just..it just doesn't feel right for me. Look, if you are too excited and cannot contain your Christmas spirit any longer, I understand. Anyway, that's all that I have to say for today. Yea I know, this journal was rather short....well not really a journal....but you get my point.....I hope. But hey, who knows if I will write another journal anytime soon! It may be longer if so. Alright I can't take too much of your time saying goodbye. Otherwise that would be unfair. You can exit now if you want. Unless you want to stay. If so, hello all of you readers who have stayed!
