Journal Entry #35
MY FIRST BRUISE & Another panic attack?
Date: March 23, 2019
Time started: 10:42 PMDear reader(s),
I can't believe that I'm writing about this. This is like so crazy for me because I never would of thought that this would happen to me. You're probably thinking that I'm overreacting based on what the title says but to me these are like rare experiences I would have never guessed to happen anytime soon in my life. Basically what I'm talking about is me getting my first bruise today and also having a panic attack for the second time!! I thought it was very strange so let's get into it.
This took place at around 7:30 tonight after dinner. I was with my family and everyone brought up how my hair was getting very long. So my dad told me to get the chair that we use for haircuts. Now keep in mind that this chair was heavy. And at the bottom of it was this large circular blade-like piece at the bottom of it. I usually have a hard time carrying it so I usually just end up dragging it on the floor. But this time, my parents told me to pick it up (which of course was a big mistake).
When I finally got the chair to the destination my dad asked me to put it in, I tried placing it on the floor. In doing so, I accidentally slammed the bottoms part of the chair onto my big toe and you guessed it! I got my first bruise. And let me tell you, that was probably the most painful experience I've had in a very long time!!! I would consider it worse than the time I got stung by a bee at the bottom of my foot!!! It doesn't look too bad right now but if you look at it, you can see that there's a small purpleish-pink spot on my toe.
I just hope that it's still not painful tomorrow so that I can go to work. However that's not all that happened to me tonight. As you can see in the title, I believe I just had another panic attack. Now this happened very shortly after I hurt my toe. While my dad was giving me a haircut, I noticed that the temperature in the room was getting warmer. I started sweating, my vision started getting blurry and I was breathing heavily. On top of that, my ears started ringing like crazy and I felt like I was going to faint.
I had to actually stop my dad for a few minutes and I then went to the sink where I washed my face with cold water. When I came back I drank two glasses of iced water and went back to getting my haircut. So as you can see, that was my best haircut experience ever.
So yes, I'm still in pain. I did ice my toe for like twenty minutes and just took some Tylenol but I can still feel the pain. But I was surprised that I got another panic attack. Honestly, I didn't expect that to happen and I'm not exactly sure why it happened. Maybe I was getting stressed out because all I was thinking of was my toe being in pain? Maybe I wasn't hydrated enough? I don't really know. But looking back on it, I feel kinda scared. I just hope it's not some kind of bad sign of something even worse that may happen to me. I don't know, maybe I'm over exaggerating. But still, it was not a fun experience for me.
Anyway that will wrap it up for today. Thank you so much for reading this journal Entry. Please take a look at my other entries if you haven't already. And with that being said, have a goodnight/morning/afternoon, whatever time it is for you, and I'll see you in the next one. PEACE
