Trixies pov:
I moved my head a bit and softly groaned feeling my whole body ache. I felt like a damn knife was traveling down my body it hurt that bad. I opened my eyes but instantly closed them seeing bright lights meet me.

God what else is there to greet me, a chainsaw cutting me in half? My eyes adjusted to the sudden brightness and it took me a bit to realize what the hell happened. I heard soft squealing and giggling, I looked over and saw Brian playing with Katya with her teddy bear. I smiled watching them for a while before Brian looked over and noticed I was awake.

"Oh my god baby, your awake! I missed you so so much!" He got up with Katya in his arms and came up to me smiling and kissed my face all over. I giggled and smiled under his touch, I didn't think he was this excited to see me.

"Aw hi baby...I've never seen you get so excited over me" he sighed sadly and kissed my hand before holding it close to him.

"You were out for three weeks baby...I was so worried about you...you just passed out on me..." I blinked a bit hearing what he said. I didn't think I was out for that long, I just thought I slept for a couple days and that's it. But THREE WEEKS?! God damn.

"Oh my god...I-I don't even know what to say...I-is the baby alright?!" I gripped onto his arm slightly panicked. I saw him put on a soft smile before putting Katya in her carrier and go over to a smaller carrier that was near the bed. I was confused for a bit until he put a small blue bundle in my arms. That's when I realized and my eyes instantly lit up as I held it close to me.

"Oh my goodness...he's really here...my baby boy...oh I love you so so much..." I cooed softly kissing his cute little chubby cheeks. He yawned and stretched a bit before opening his eyes showing his beautiful bright blues.

"Yeah babe...I wanted to wait until you held him...I know he loves you a lot...when you were out i put him on your chest and he smiled every time..." Brian said as he put his head on my shoulder looking down at him.

"Does he really? I'm gonna cry that's absolutely adorable..." I softly rubbed his cheek with my thumb and sure enough, a big smile was on his face as he looked up at me.

"There we go...i got a picture of the first time he smiled for you..." Brian pulled out his phone and showed me a photo, and yeah I started crying right then and there cause fuck this baby is so cute.

"I love him so much...he's so so cute...but he needs a name...have you gave him one yet?" I asked looking at Brian. He shook his head before kissing my cheek.

"I wanted to wait till you were up and we could agree on one...I'm really bad at names though...unless you want a Russian one" he giggled picking Katya up from her carrier. I smiled at her before looking down at my baby boy and thinking for a bit.

"Brian, whats your middle name?" I said while still looking at my little boy. I could tell Brian was raising a brow at me from the corner of my eye before he answered.

"It's Joseph...why?" I smiled hearing it and held my baby boy closer to me.

"His name is Joseph Dean Mcook...it sounds perfect to me..." I smiled looking over at Brian who has tears in his eyes, but he was smiling widely.

"Baby...you wanna name him...after my middle name? God I love you so much I really don't deserve you..." he sniffed as I kissed him softly, I missed the feeling of his soft and perfect lips. They were extra Smokey then usual, but I don't really mind at all.

"It's cause I love you more then anything...and you were there for me no matter what...I want him to have a name that means a lot to me...and has a piece of you..." I took my hand and put it on the side of his face before he put his hand over it as tears fell.

"Your the best thing that's ever happened to me Trixie...and I'm so glad I'm able to call you mine...your the one I wanna show off to all the time...cause you simply deserve it..." a tear of my own fell as I smiled looking into his striking green eyes with my slightly dark blue ones. He's definitely the one I need forever in my life. I kissed him passionately and we stayed like that for a couple minutes before I heard Joseph start to fuss.

I looked down at him raising a brow as he had his arms up reaching for me. I giggled and softly lifted him up and kissing his cheek.

"Something tells me you and your sister are gonna fight over me" I giggled more as he nuzzled into my neck and Katya was whining reaching for me.

"Yeahhhh I think that's gonna be a bit of a problem the more I think about it" Brian laughed putting Katya in my lap and watching her snuggle into my side.

"Was she a good girl for you at leastttt" I asked rubbing Katyas back with my other hand softly. He smiled nodding and looked over at Katya lovingly.

"Of course she was, she even knows a word of russian and understands what I say" I smiled and sat back looking at Katya as Brian started speaking.

"ty mnogo lyubish' mamu?" Katya squealed and hugged me tighter and even bounced a bit as Brian laughed.

"D-da!!" She squealed earning a kiss on the cheek from Brian. I raised a brow wondering what he just said, and I guess he could tell I didn't know what in the world he said.

"I asked if she loved mommy a lot, and she said yes" I made an 'aw' face and kissed Katyas other cheek earning another soft squeal from her.

"Your the cutest little Russian baby he's you areee!" I cooed at her as she gave me a big smile showing her cute pinky gums.

"And she knows your the best mommy she could ever have" Brian kissed me softly as I blushed at him.

I'm glad now that I'm back with my Brian, and now my own family. But shit I'm still tired from all that labor, so after a while we all took a nap together, all with a big smile on our faces...
