Good news and bad one

Nina hasn't spoken to Jack since yesterday. Since she found out Gerard has left her. She's mad because he didn't stop him from leaving her.

She walks pass him whenever they meet in the kitchen or other places.

Jack's phone rings few times.

"Jack here. Yes? What? Are you sure? That's good news! I'll send her to the hospital right away!"

The phone call ended.

Nina is eating slowly in the kitchen. She looks sad and lonely. No appetite at the moment.

(Why Gerard leave me? Not even saying anything? Thought we were doing great...)

Nina looks another way when Jack enters the kitchen.

Jack sits on a chair next to her.

He apologizes, "I'm sorry, okay? I know you're still mad at me. But I need your help. No, Londoners need your help."

Finally he got her attention.

Jack explains, "The hospital just called me. They think there's anti virus in your blood. They need a liter or two of your blood. For making anti virus for everyone. Please, you are our only hope, Nina..."

"Take me there."

"Thanks. Our government owed you a lot."

Nina folds her hands.

She warns, "I helped you. You owed me. Find Gerard for me."

"Sure. Anything you want, Nina darling."

"Stop talking cheesy lines with me. Just because he's gone, I won't go back to you."

There's sadness in his eyes.

Jack is smiling sadly.

He says, "Whatever you need, my queen."

"Stop calling her a queen. It reminded me of someone else. Someone scary as shit," protests Mike who just walked into the kitchen.

Nina asks, "Where have you been?"

"Around," replies Mike.

He grabs a sandwich from Nina's plate.

"Hey!" protests her.

"Sorry. Super hungry. Buy you dinner later. So, what's up?"

Jack explains, "We are going to the hospital. Nina got anti virus in her blood. That explained her fast recovery from the virus injected to her veins."

Mike is silent. He only stares her. Thinking silently.

Nina quickly rises from her chair.

She says, "I'm going to fetch my bag."

She leaves the kitchen.

Jack congratulates Mike, "I heard it. Congrats, pal. You earned it."

"Queenie wasn't too happy about it. It think she's planning my murder. If anything happened to me, it's her."

Jack chuckles.

The three of them go to the hospital using Jack's stolen car. Jack is driving it. Mike sits on the back seat, next to Nina.

In the car, Mike suddenly asks, "Why? Why her blood is special? Others got infected too and they died..."

Jack replies, "She's one special lady."

"Your opinion is biased, Jack. As an agent, you shouldn't let your feelings rule..."

Nina suddenly asks, "What agent?"
