Nina keeps on walking for a while. Before she finally stops and turns around.
She asks irritatedly, "Are you stalking me again?"
Gerard lifts a dog up and says, "Nope. Just taking this hot chick for a stroll. Mrs. Smith's order. Her gout strikes again."
Mrs.Smith is the owner of their B & B. It's her habit to ask a newbie to walk her dog.

A handsome guy with a cute dog. No sane woman could resist drooling for him. They must have stared each others for few minutes before she finally breaks the eye contact.
Nina says, "Stop following me, okay?"
Gerard walks closer to her. And he whispers to her ear, "You wouldn't know if I were stalking you. Like a shadow, lurking in the darkness."
His deep voice sent shiver to her spine. Not from fear. But from anticipation. It seems so easy for him to set her burning with lust.
(Easy, Nina! You don't even know him. Don't jump to his bed so easily!)
She kept warning herself not to fall for him.
Gerard has gone. Walking away with his dog. Mrs. Smith likes to think her dog is a better judge for men. She never let anyone stayed if her dog hated that person.
Nina kept on walking. She needs to meet Kate for lunch. No time to think about Gerard.
In a nearby alley, a man points a gun to Gerard.
"Why you do it?" asks him.
Even with his mask on, Gerard knows it's him. They have been working together for years. He might change his voice. But body gestures are harder to change.
Gerard asks, "Mike? It isn't funny, man."
The gun points to his head.
Mike asks coldly, "You have connections with BND agent?"
"No. I'm just trying to get even for Chrissy. Remembered her?"
"Jesus, Gerry! You chased him, all of the fuss for a dead woman? She isn't even worthy!"
Mike got distracted and Gerard hits his hand. The gun falls from his hand. Gerard catches it before it strikes the ground. He points the gun to Mike's head.
The table has turned.
Gerard asks, "Is it you? The one who betrayed us? Chrissy is dead. I know it isn't me. It must be you."
Mike chuckles. He makes a gesture to the gun.
"Not loaded. I'm not risking accidentally shot you."
Gerard checks the gun and curses. Mike taps his shoulder. He stretches his hand but Gerard refuses to return the gun.
Mike warns, "Beware with your new girlfriend. She has connection to M16."
