Percy POV

Ginny opened the door to the shop and walked in. I caught the door right before it shut and pulled it open. Instead of walking in right away, I stood and held it open so Luna could walk in.

Luna smiled as she walked by me and into the strange shop. Once she walked in I followed and let the door close behind me.

Both of then were standing in front of the counter. The store was was super dusty, so dusty that if I stood outside and the door was shut I would still sneeze.

I looked around, my eyes landing on a dusty lamp on a dusty table before moving on to look at a dusty shelf full of dusty boxes.

I walked up to the counter to stand next to Luna and Ginny and rested my elbows on the counter. We stood waiting for someone to come for a couple minutes before I got bored. I started tapping my fingers in a repeating pattern.

Ginny kept glancing at me and then to my hands before she sighed and hit my hand with hers, stilling my movements, "Stop that, it's annoying."

I rolled my eyes, "Everything's annoying to you, Gin-Gin."

"Your face annoys me."

I gasped dramatically and places my hand over my heart, "That hurts me, Gin-Gin, that hurts me right in my heart."

Ginny rolled her eyes at me with a slight smile as Luna spoke, "I don't think your face is annoying, Perseus, if anything I think it's quite calming."

I grinned widely, ignoring the light blush spreading across her face and put my arm around her. I brought her closer to my side before turning to Ginny, "She's nice, I like her. I've decided she's my new best friend."

Now it was Ginnys turn to gasp dramatically, "But P.J, I thought we were best friends?!"

I shook my head slowly, "That was before you insulted my gorgeous face."

Ginny punched my shoulder and went to speak but was interrupted by an elderly man walking out from behind a shelf. He smiled at us and Ginny smiled back, "Hello, Mr. Ollivander."

The man, now named Mr. Ollivander, turned to Ginny, "Ah, Miss Weasley. I trust you are taking care of that wand? Yew wood, unicorn hair, and 8 inches I believe?"

Ginny pulled out her wand and smiled, "Right as always, Mr. Ollivander."

Ginny put her wand away as Mr. Ollivander turned to Luna, "And we have Miss Lovegood as well. Your wand is Beech wood, Fairy Wings and Unicorn hair, and 10 inches. It is one of the few I made with cores other than Phoenix Feather, Unicorn Hair, or Dragon Heartstring."

Luna gave a dreamy smile as she nodded and spoke, "Correct again, Mr. Ollivander. I don't know anyone else with Fairy Wings as a core. Which reminds me, I've been meaning to ask what the Fairy Wings mean as a core?"

Mr. Ollivander chuckled a little and smiled before walking around the counter to stand in front of Luna. "Fairy Wings is a core that is best suited for Charms. It is also believed that they signify a connection to the mystic, so wands made with this core are used by nearly half of known witches and wizards with the Sight. However, those truly connected to the Sight, or True Seers, are very rare. This means that Fairy Wing cores are also very rare. You, Miss Lovegood, have a very special wand."

Luna smiled again, her eyes shifting in and out of their dreamy look, "I know, Sir. Thank you for the information."

Mr. Ollivander nodded his head before turning to me, "I don't remember selling a wand to you Mr. Jackson."

I stiffened slightly when he said my name. Instinctively, my hand reached into my pocket before I remembered that I don't have Riptide anymore. I decided to play it cool and pretend he didn't just say my name. "That's because I'm a new student."
