Chapter 4~Exciting Calls

Alexis's P.O.V.

I pulled into my usual parking spot,exactly two spots from the first.Once I had locked my car,I walked to the entrance the the school.I walked into the school,and to my locker,where-like always-Jason was waiting with a smile on his face.

"Hey babe." I smiled,giving him a peck on the lips. "Hey." He hugged me from behind as I sorted my books. "I missed you yesterday." I told him.

Yesterday,Jason went to his great grandmothers funeral which was about 2 hours from L.A. "Well I'm back now.That's all that matters right?" I nodded. "You seem to be in a hood mood for someone who just got back from a funeral." I raised my eyebrows at him.

"I'm just a happy person,you know that." He poked my side playfully.I rolled my eyes. "Your a weirdo." 

He gasped dramaticly and put a hand on his chest. "So are you!" He exclaimed causing a few people to give us looks.

Then the bell rang. "Shut up,we have to get to class." He laughed and kissed me on the cheek. "Bye babe." He smiled. "Bye Jason."

"Here's to never growing up!"

Me and the girls finish the last part of Here's to never growing up by Avril Lavigne. "Thanks for watching,remember send in song requests,like,comment,subscribe and all that shit." I said.

"Our twitters,instagrams,facebooks,and all that good stuff is in the description." Rae said

"We are," Jules started. "Expression!" We ended the video.After we turned off the camera,we saved the video.I did all the editing and cut out the bloopers saving those for the end of the video,and then successfully uploaded the video.

"What do ya want to do now?" The girls looked at me weirdly. "What?"

"You usually want to go eat after we do our videos,is something wrong?" Hailey asked in,confused that I didn't suggest we go eat. "No,I'm just not hungry." I shrugged.

"Okay there is something up,spill it." They all put down there instruments and looked at me expectantly.

"There's nothing up,why would you think that?"

"Did something happen with Jason?You guys seemed fine today.After all you only act out of place when talk about things or people like...." Jules voice trailed off as her eyes widened and she gasped along with the others.

"You're talking to Luke!" Jules gasped out.I looked down and nodded.There was no denying it now. "How are you talking to him?"

"One of their fans tweeted them our cover of wherever you are,and they saw it and then he DMed me." I explained shortly. "We sent a few messages back and forth at like 3 in the morning until he realized how early it was here and let me go." I said.

"What did he say?"

"The only thing he said was 'I finally found you.' Then I was like 'I guess you did,what now?' Then he said he missed me and I didn't know what to say cause like of course I miss him to but I have a boyfriend and I'm talking to the first guy I loved." I whimpered.Why does my life have to be so complicated?

"Don't worry Lex,everything is gonna be fine.And besides,its not like your ever gonna see him." Hailey tried to make me look on the bright side.I shrugged. "You never no."

Deciding to drop the subject,I said "So do you want to go eat?" They looked up confused for the second time today. "I thought you said you weren't hungry?" Rae asked.

I shrugged. "All this thinking is making me hungry.So you guys coming or not?" They laughed and followed me out the door.After many many minutes of arguing about where to go for dinner(Considering that my parents were gonna stay at work late,and I already dropped Chris off at my grandmas),we finally just decided to go to McDonalds.

I mean,how could you go wrong with McDonalds?

The-5 minute-drive to McDonalds,consisted of nothing but us four rolling down the windows and screaming lyrics at the top of our lungs.Which,might I add,resolved in many people giving us strange looks until we pulling into McDonalds.

Once we entered,we waited in line until it was our turn to order. "We'll have two BigMacs,one Quarter Pounder,and one Crispy chicken and bacon McWrap." Hailey smiled at the older lady punching in our orders.

"Okay,that'll be $28.50." She gave us a smile.Hailey politely payed,having the lady a twenty and a ten. "Your food should be ready shortly."

We quickly thanked the woman,and took a table by one of the windows,that revealed the forming sunset.

The four of us talked,about different things as we waited for our food.Things like 'How are you and Jason going?' and 'What song should we do next week?'.Finally after a few minutes,Rae decided to go and wait for our meals.

"Hello?"

"Hello,is this Alexis Lancaster?" The voice on the other line asked. "Yes,this is her." I answered confused as to who would I was talking to. "Ah,Ms.Lancaster.I'm Johny Mitchele from Capitol Records." My eyes widened.

(A/N: I just made that up,okay don't judge me)

"H-Hi,Mr.Mitchele.May I ask why your calling?"

"Well,I've just watched a variety of your covers on YouTube,and may I say,you four have some talent." He complimented. "Wow,uh..thank you,that means so much coming from you." The girls looked at me confused and I put up a finger.

"We've also,after many hours of thinking,have decided that we want to meet with you and maybe even sign you." At this point,I was breathing heavily,until Jules had to force my drink towards me.After I took a sip I let out a breath. "Y-yes,that would be amazing.Where would we meet?"

"I was thinking,that since we have a studio in Los Angeles,we can just meet there tomorrow."

(A/N: Again I have no idea where they have any studios or anything its just for the story)

"Sur-Uh yes,yes that would be great.What time?" I tried not to hypervenalate anymore than I already was. "How about at 11 we can meet up then go get something to eat?"

"That would be perfect,thank you sir."

"Great! Well I look forward to meeting you and the other girls tomorrow then.Have a great night."

"You too sir." And I hung up. "Who the hell was that?" Jules asked the same time Rae sat back down,with our food tray in hand,asked "What happened?" When she saw my breathless state.

"Johny Mitchele from Capitol Records just called me." Each of them froze, obviously not believing in what I had said. "What?"

"Yeah,and he want to meet us at their studio tomorrow."

By now the three had started taking it all it,and started getting excited as well. "And he also said he might..." Just thinking about it,made my heart beat faster. "He might what?"

"He might sign us."

I took a second to take it all in.To realize the fact the someone from fucking Capitol Records had just called my phone.To realize the fact that someone from there had seen our videos.To realize the fact that we might get signed to a record label.
